When you’re a diamond member for @HiltonHotels, your toilet explodes and floods your room and all you get is 1 adult breakfast ticket for the trouble…my Dad was literally stepping in other people shit to pack.
Plus there is 3 adults & 1 child in our party… and @HiltonHotels use to give all diamond members free breakfast, but now we paid $50 for burnt pastries, rock hard burritos, subpar coffee. Hilton, do better especially for guests that give you $$ every month 😒
