Large content creators bring attention to the situation, Roblox steps in, puts on a convincing display of accountability, and gives players a false sense of security that something is finally being done. Then, just days later, players realize nothing has actually changed. Enforcement bans continue, accounts are still being linked to people they don’t know, and innocent players are still paying the price. So Roblox makes another announcement. Only this time, instead of addressing the problem, they choose to manipulate the narrative, deflect accountability, and double down.
