Zelenskyy's approval is maybe a TINY bit more important than Mette Fredriksen's?
Spoke with President of Finland @alexstubb and Prime Minister of Norway @jonasgahrstore following their call today with the Russian leader and as a continuation of our discussions in Oslo with representatives of America, Europe, and NATO. I am grateful for the detailed briefing and for their active support for our diplomacy and the peace efforts we are pursuing together with all our partners.
Alex and Jonas made it clear to the Russian leader that real de-escalatory steps are needed regarding our energy and infrastructure. We discussed preparations for the trilateral meeting planned for November at the team level – Ukrainian, American, and Russian. Finland and Norway, as countries that border Russia, have a particular interest in sound and reliable security arrangements. We also discussed various formats for our engagement with partners in Europe that could be useful in further supporting diplomacy, our defense, and our shared security.
There must be peace, de-escalation is needed, and Russia must stop dragging out the war. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine!

My take on the Stubb, Støre, and Putin call:
There should be no talks while Russia refuses to compromise. Yet since Trump insists on fake negotiations, having Stubb and Støre take the lead over Witkoff and Kushner is much better, especially as it was coordinated with Zelensky

Replying to @AssalRad
The West Bank is not a suburb of Tel Aviv. Its occupation is unlawful: Israeli soldiers must leave (ICJ 2024).
By omitting context/legal frameworks media like @nytimes have contributed to the “humanitarian camouflage” that frames Israel's crimes as proportionate hence acceptable

Anyone who knows anything about genocide says it's genocide. Everyone is lying except Israel who are committing genocide and ethnic cleansing.

BREAKING: New Details of Rape Allegation Against Trump
Beatrice Keul says Trump promised her a visa and admission to NYU, then raped her in a Plaza Hotel suite in 1993, tearing her dress and leaving her bleeding and bruised, and told her “the show must go on.”
The new House Judiciary Democrats’ report says four other women also accuse him of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company. The White House denies it all, but five accusers and a DOJ accused of stalling is not something a president already found liable for sexual abuse gets to wave away.

🇬🇱🇩🇰 THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT OWN GREENLAND — AND HAS NOT TAKEN OWNERSHIP OF IT!
PRESIDENT TRUMP, THE FACTS ARE CLEAR.
Greenland has not been sold, handed over, or transferred to the United States.
Despite repeated claims by President Donald Trump that America now owns Greenland, there is no publicly documented transfer of sovereignty.
On September 22, 2026, the United States, Denmark, and Greenland signed a defense agreement.
That agreement recognizes the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Denmark and the Greenlandic people's right to self-determination.
The United States received extensive military and security rights in Greenland.
But there is a fundamental legal difference between having military access to another territory and actually owning that territory.
MILITARY ACCESS IS NOT SOVEREIGNTY.
A DEFENSE AGREEMENT IS NOT A PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
AND MILITARY CONTROL DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN TERRITORIAL OWNERSHIP.
Greenland remains an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark.
The Greenlandic people have their own government, democratic institutions, and internationally recognized right to self-determination.
Their political future cannot be decided simply through statements made by the President of the United States.
If President Trump claims that America owns Greenland, he should identify the legal document that transferred sovereignty.
WHERE IS THE TRANSFER AGREEMENT?
WHERE IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR AMERICAN OWNERSHIP?
WHERE IS THE CONSENT OF THE GREENLANDIC PEOPLE?
The published defense agreement does not establish American sovereignty over Greenland. It expressly recognizes the existing sovereignty of the Kingdom of Denmark.
This is not a question of political opinion.
It is a question of international law, sovereign rights, and respect for signed agreements.
THE UNITED STATES HAS NOT ACQUIRED GREENLAND.
GREENLAND HAS NOT BECOME AMERICAN TERRITORY.
AND NO PRESIDENT CAN CREATE SOVEREIGNTY SIMPLY BY DECLARING IT.
🇬🇱 GREENLAND'S FUTURE BELONGS TO THE GREENLANDIC PEOPLE.
🇩🇰 THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE KINGDOM OF DENMARK MUST BE RESPECTED.
A COUNTRY'S SOVEREIGNTY IS NOT A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION.
