(Ethan's West Bank settler attorney thought he was being clever suing Ian in Canadian court where 1st Am protections don't apply, but it seems he didn't realize the same would be true for any of Ian's counterclaims for e.g. defamation and harassment, which would be very difficult to prevail on within a US court, but considering the sheer volume of truly egregious sht Ethan has constantly spewed about Ian and Anisa on his podcast, accompanied by open admissions of malicious intent such as in the above clip, he is now left exposed to monumental legal liability. 😌)
