The Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, Md., transferred Rony Izaguirre-Henriquez into ICE custody upon his release from prison — honoring an ICE immigration detainer.
In 2008, ICE Fugitive Operations, the Fairfax County SWAT Team and the U.S. Marshals apprehended him on an outstanding homicide warrant. He was convicted of second-degree murder and gang activity that resulted in death.
Three years before his arrest, Izaguirre-Henriquez, of Honduras, entered the United States illegally and was released with a notice to appear. An immigration judge later ordered him removed in absentia.
His case spotlights the importance of border security and the benefits of honored detainers.

He scammed at least one woman in Pennsylvania before he was finally apprehended by the federal government. We are putting a stop to illegal aliens scamming the American people.

Changsong Huang illegally entered the United States under the Biden administration and was released into the country. He was later arrested in New York on felony and misdemeanor gambling charges, including promoting gambling and possessing gambling records and devices, before being released again.
Huang was subsequently arrested by McCandless Police in Pennsylvania for allegedly participating in a scam targeting an American woman who lost $60,000. Scammers impersonated federal officials, falsely claimed her identity had been compromised, and convinced her to withdraw thousands of dollars. Huang was arrested after allegedly collecting fake cash during an FBI sting operation.
Once again, NY released a criminal illegal alien back onto the streets, only for him to victimize an American woman.
He is now in ICE custody and faces DEPORTATION.
