So this is the Manager of the Weatherspoons (The Star) in Gosport that has banned people wearing the poppy from entering the pub because he says the poppy is a โPOLITICAL STATEMENT โ
Well let me tell you if it was not for all the HEROES that paid the ultimate sacrifice this โBOYโ would not have the freedom he enjoys today !!!
He should be FIRED !!! and im calling for a BOYCOTT of Weatherspoon pubs until he is
LETS MAKE HIM FAMOUS !!
You know what to do and please share
He is responsible and should make a statement of fact immediately or letโs just boycott his pubs full stop
Tim Martin, it's time to speak up. ๐ก
You're the chairman of Wetherspoons. The buck stops with YOU.
Your own managers are telling customers this is "company policy." So which is it? Confirm it or deny it, today.
And don't tell us you didn't know. The chairman doesn't know the policies in his own pubs? Pull the other one. It just doesn't ring true. ๐คฅ
If this isn't your policy, sack the staff responsible. If it is, own it and explain yourself to the country and more importantly to our veterans and servicemen.
Silence says everything.
Shame on Wetherspoons. Shame on Tim Martin.
Should Tim Martin make a public statement?
