If your channel is getting decent views but making almost no money, changing the niche is only one possible answer
First check where the viewers live
Then check the age of the audience
Then check which videos attract them
Then check whether the high view topics are also the low RPM topics
Then check whether the content creates any buying intent outside AdSense
A thumbnail can be beautiful and still be almost impossible to process
The problem usually appears when every object is technically important

Here’s how to reverse-engineer your niche:
Find the top 5-10 channels in your niche.
Sort by “Most Popular” → What’s their biggest viral hit?
Look at their last 10 videos → What’s their average views?
Study their titles & thumbnails → What patterns do you see?
Read the comments → What are viewers asking for?
Check their upload frequency → How often do they post?
Identify content gaps → What topics haven’t they covered yet?
Here you go.
how i turn one useful competitor video into ten original ideas
I do not start by changing the subject nouns in the title
I write down the exact promise the viewer received
Was it helping them avoid a mistake
Was it showing a hidden cost
Was it explaining a rise and fall
Was it giving them access to a world they normally cannot see
Then I separate the promise from the example used to deliver it
A video about why one famous company collapsed may actually be powered by the audience wanting to see arrogance punished
Now I can find ten completely different stories built around overconfidence, ignored warnings, and consequences
The videos remain original because the research, characters, events, and conclusions change
The proven audience desire stays
This is the part people should copy more often
Not the visible topic
The reason a stranger cared about it
One of the fastest ways to waste money on a faceless channel is to confuse a production problem with an idea problem
The video gets 300 impressions and the first reaction is usually to replace the editor, upgrade the voice, add more motion, or make the next script longer
None of those changes matter if the topic never created enough curiosity to earn a real test
I look at the order of failure
If impressions arrive beside the right videos and nobody clicks, the package failed before the production had a chance to matter
If people click and leave, now the script or delivery becomes relevant
If they click, watch, and YouTube still stops expanding, I start questioning the size of the audience and whether the satisfaction was strong enough to create another viewing session
More expensive production only helps after you know the viewer wanted what you made
Otherwise you are putting better paint on an idea the market already ignored
The youtube automation business has insane potential, we all know that, I wanna talk about why it's working and why the future is brighter for faceless channels.
1. We have dismantled the whole "I need camera gear, i need confidence etc" thing and found a loophole.
2. YouTube doesn't care about any of that shit either, If your faceless video gets people to stay on platform → you win.
3. We’ve entered the post-creator era. Viewers just want dopamine. They don’t care if it’s AI, human, or a voice clone. Everyone wants to fulfill their demands at this point.
4. Everyone has YouTube. Kids to adults to elders. Meaning there is an audience for everything.
5. Cost = your time + maybe $10/month in tools
Revenue = $2K–$20K/month on one working format.
Tell me another business where you can sell pixels + voice clones for five figures. I’ll wait.
6. Risk is minimum. If a channel or niche isn't working, switch. You only risk time and I would argue that that's okay because you learned what didn't work.
7. YouTube automation is the first real online business where regular people are building 5–6 figure income streams and it's still early. If you start now, you will be eating good for another decade.
This post will make you $100K/month, repost if u love money
Step 1: Pick a Profitable Niche
Research. Research. Research.
Step 2: Reverse-Engineer Viral Videos
Find a channel doing 500K+ views consistently.
Copy their video structure, title format, and pacing, then improve it.
Step 3: Outsource Like a Boss
Scriptwriter ($20/video)
Voiceover ($10/video)
Editor ($40/video)
Thumbnail Designer ($10/thumbnail)
Total: ~$80 per video
If one video makes $500+ in ad revenue, do the math.
Step 4: Upload 3-5x Per Week
More content = more data = more chances for virality.
You’re building a machine, not a hobby channel.
Step 5: Stack Revenue Streams
AdSense (obvious)
Sponsorships ($1,000+ per video in some niches)
Affiliate Marketing (recurring commissions)
Digital Products (sell a guide/course)
Step 6: Scale or Flip
Once a channel hits $10K/month, start another one.
Or sell it for 30-40x monthly profit, that’s a $300K payday.
This is how people quietly print six figures a month.
Find a big channel (500K+ subs) in your niche.
When they drop a video, make a similar one ASAP.
Title it with a slight twist.
You get recommended next to them.
Their viewers spill over to your video.
Zero effort stealing their traffic.
If I had $0 and no team, I’d grow a faceless YouTube channel like this:
1.Research top 10 channels in niche
2.Copy their packaging style
3.Use ChatGPT + Claude for script flow
4.Automate B-roll with Pictory + stock sites
5. Post 3x/week
6.Repeat until 10K subs

Clone before you create (the content law nobody tells you)
Originality is a terrible starting point
I’ve seen it firsthand, channels tanked because people were creative
Channels grew because they cloned structure
Channels exploded because they ripped a script skeleton, rewrote it
All the growth came when they stopped being clever and started being calculated.
Here’s why cloning works👇
Retention’s already proven, someone else already proved the pacing works.
Thumbnail/title is halfway done. Just swap the niche, tweak the angle, and ship.
You’re faster. No need to build from scratch.
You have leverage
“But won’t I get flagged for copying?”
No, if you’re copying structure, not footage.
Clone > Iterate > Systemize > Scale
