It just says the objections of the ECs "do not constitute a decision". → It also admits approvals in "urgent cases" are given electronically and written on file LATER. → And on Form 6, it admits the online display "could be construed as an amendment". Now connect the dots. Two of the three Commissioners objected. In writing. 14 times. ECI's answer is not "it didn't happen". ECI's answer is "their objections don't count". Its own affidavit says 3 members exist so that "a majority can be arrived at". So if 2 out of 3 objected, where was the majority? And "approval later" means the decision first, the paperwork after. Bro, imagine. Your society has 3 members on the committee. 2 of them write "we object" on the file. The chairman goes ahead anyway. When you complain, he says, "Their objection was just a note.
