पहले के जमाने में मंदिर शिक्षा के केंद्र होते थे सभी मंदिरों से गुरुकुल संचालित होते थे और ब्राह्मण ही संभालते थे सारी व्यवस्था सारे मंदिर जंगलों में होते थे
