The HelpDesk iPhone app is currently experiencing issues. We expect to have the APIs updated today

File Service Update: We are still in the process of restoring files 35GB of 75GB. Once files are restored access will be available

A maintenance upgrade to repair the File Service system will take place between 8PM -11PM EST. Expect performance issues during this time

We are currently experiencing issues with File Services features of the HelpDesk. We are working to get this resovled ASAP

We are experiencing intermittent latency and some system disruption. We are working to locate and resolve this issue.
