Thank you to Mayor Spiller & the entire Montclair Town Council for recognizing October 2022 as #DVAM. Part of the work we do at SOFIA is dispelling the stigma of abusive relationships. Public affirmation & recommitting to the work is important! We appreciate this proclamation! 💜
Raising awareness during October is so important and can be supportive. It can also feel overwhelming to see and hear so many reminders of abuse. Remember that you don’t owe anyone your story. Take care of yourself! 💜 #SupportSOFIA image by @selfloverainbow
Join us in supporting our loved ones and honoring those we have lost to abuse. 💜 Battery-operated candles will be provided. #SupportSOFIA
