Tom Kean Jr. has abandoned his job without explanation, continuing to draw his salary and leaving his voters without representation. Of course reporters are calling people who might know what the fuck he’s doing.

Bondi was awful, but no worse than Patel. Noem was terrible, but no worse than Hegseth. Funny that it’s only the women who get fired.

One of the Americans killed when a KC-135 went down in Iraq has been identified.
Major Alex Klinner. He is survived by his wife. And three children. A 2-year-old. And 7-month-old twins.
His twins will never know their father.
His 2-year-old will barely remember him.
This is not a statistic. This is not a number in a casualty count the Pentagon refuses to release.
This is a man who had a family.
Trump declared victory 5 times in 13 seconds.
Major Alex Klinner’s children will grow up without him.

This is the interview Donald Trump didn’t want you to see.
His FCC refused to air my interview with Stephen Colbert.
Trump is worried we’re about to flip Texas.

Stopping work on the Gateway Tunnel Project is catastrophic for commuters, workers, and our economy. The Trump Admin’s political games are illegal and hurt our bottom line. Proud to stand with @govsherrillnj @NewYorkStateAG @GovKathyHochul to fight for you.

Shutdown will idle thousands of workers, waste $1 billion already spent on Gateway Tunnel project unless Trump restores funding nj.com/news/2026/01/gateway-…

HUGE crowd on a rainy Thursday morning to hear from @MikieSherrill and @PeteButtigieg about how Mikie is the only candidate for governor who will fight for the Gateway Tunnel, protecting New Jersey jobs and standing up for hundreds of thousands of commuters

Jack Ciattarelli has always been against the Gateway Project and the nearly 100K jobs and hundreds of billions in economic growth that would come with it. If Donald Trump didn't terminate the project, Jack would have done it himself.
Resurfaced footage of @jack4nj interviewing for his last job by rambling against the ARC Project, the first attempt at the Gateway Tunnel. He's always been against transit investments that make life easier for everyday New Jerseyans.

This is mob boss politics.
It's a direct attack on New Jersey and on our entire nation's economy.
This isn't Trump's money. This is YOUR money. Stupid games of political retribution cannot stand.

Can’t you just find the courage to say funding for the Gateway tunnel project is a national priority and should never be turned off, especially for political reasons? It’s not that hard.
Also, maybe you should’ve showed up to work this week to help negotiate the end to this shutdown.
I strongly support the Hudson Gateway Tunnel project and am adamant that it be completed. Democrat leaders in New Jersey and New York need to stop playing senseless political games, which are threatening to result in real delays in construction. We need to do everything necessary to keep this vital project moving forward. I am bringing leaders together on this issue because New Jerseyans are counting on us to get this job done.

🚨The Trump administration is now attacking the Gateway Tunnel.
@Jack4NJ said there’s not a single issue where he disagrees with Trump, and he promised to never take them to court.
As governor, I will fight this tooth-and-nail and sue the Trump administration to finish this critical, job-creating infrastructure project to reduce congestion and improve quality of life in New Jersey.

The resignation of President Jim Ryan is a loss for the University of Virginia and the Commonwealth. That the president of a top-ranked, thriving public university would be pressured to resign by the Department of Justice — in order to avoid further harm and harassment from the Trump Administration — is a clear infringement upon academic freedom and should concern every Virginian and American.
As an alumna of the University of Virginia, I am deeply saddened to see our Governor, his Administration, and so many members of the Board of Visitors remain silent in the face of these attacks on the integrity and independence of the University of Virginia.
As Governor, I will take decisive steps to ensure that all of our Commonwealth’s Boards of Visitors are composed of individuals committed to the mission of serving and strengthening our public colleges and universities. I will work to restore a standard of leadership that puts academic excellence, Virginia’s students, and the strength of Virginia’s public colleges and universities ahead of any political agenda.

Jim is a tremendous leader; this is a very sad day for @UVA. The University hasn't just been a consistently great academic program under his tenure, it's ranked NUMBER ONE in Free Speech by FIRE.
... And all because of a DEI witchhunt? It's a public university and the state of Virginia is 20% Black and less than 8% of the student body is Black.
