i am very grateful for the excellent customer service provided by @chase_uk but i really want to highlight the issue that they had to help me with, because it's really emblemic of the systemic discrimination against and ignorance of nonbinary identities (1/4)
as such, we had to get around it by setting my first name as Mx - it's great that there is a way to get around this issue, but it delayed my ability to set up an account greatly and is an easily correctable oversight for those who wish to employ active inclusion (3/4)
