We welcome the circulation of this memo shared with us by a kind source from CEO of the HSE. Delays in the provision of aids and equipment are an indefensible and inhumane experience suffered by many children and adults across Ireland. Please RT

What if instead of prescribing our version of salvation, we started with the question, ”What are local communities already doing, which creates that which we think they are missing?” TheConnected.Community

Many people asking us about #bumblebees at the moment - why they’re seeing them on the ground - so here’s a quick thread to explain what they’re up to. Please #retweet as every #queen that survives means a new colony that gets to exist & produce new queen #bees for next year! 1/8

“Ecology is bigger than capitalism, bigger than human civilisation itself. Yet for most of us, ecology takes place somewhere in the sidelines of our existence, or in a classroom. We fail to grasp the gravity of our ignorance of basically almost everything that exists” #ecology

Good reasons to beware of ERGs. This article echos a lot of what I suspect is going on in terms of reasonable accommodations for disabled people in work and chimes with too many conversations I have had on this topic. devonprice.medium.com/do-not…. @devonprice__

I just saw The Territory: A groundbreaking new movie on Indigenous empowerment in the Amazon.
It's MUST SEE film—and get anyone else you can to watch it.
The filmmakers gave the Uru-eu-wau-wau the tools to film themselves and amplify their own voices.

The forest is not made of abstractions. It is not even made of separate, interacting objects. The forest is instead made of relationship.

Love this. Too much work is meaningless and saps our souls. Too much bureaucratic accountability for things that are secondary to creating value to the environment #VSM - System 1, and too much governance with no vision or real purpose. #posiwid @systems_ou
The work-for-income paradigm has been obsolete for ~20 years. You should only be working for like 5 hours a week, doing meaningful things. Unfortunately, your governments forced you to destroy your planet via 3-4 billion nonsensical #bullshitjobs instead.

Indeed - we must be aware of being part of the systems which we research, evaluate and make policies for. Not distanced observers outside of it. #systemicevaluation #beingpractitioners #systemsthinking #systemspractice
