Prices in the UK are backwards and have completely lost the fucking plot:
£100 for a weekly food shop
Fuel at £2 a litre
Mortgages £1600 a month
Rent that was £700 a month a few years ago now £1400 a month
£15 for fish and chips for one person
Hotels costing £100 a night
£60 for an hours driving lesson
Car insurance going up every year. Same car, same driver, no claims.
£800 for a week away in the UK when you could leave for half of that.
Over £2 for a bottle of water
McDonald's for one £12
Even whetherspoons is getting expensive!
We're getting robbed.

Message for our prime minister Andy Burnham! A cry for help! Come and sort our council out…
Reminds me so much of watching the first year or so under Klopp. Brilliant in spells, all over the place at times

What a response.
Today, @maghullfc progressed to the Second Round of the FA Vase with a superb victory over a very good Colne FC side, despite having six first-team players unavailable. Huge credit to @Joe1Burns1878 and the squad of players.
After a week where sections of the media, including our own local press, have sought to disrespect the people who make this club what it is, today’s result spoke louder than any headline. Some of the reporting belongs in the gutter, and that’s exactly where it should stay.
@maghullfc is a community football club that cares deeply about its town and its people. The players, volunteers, supporters and committee continue to represent this club with pride.
Our supporters were outstanding once again today. Their backing was incredible and helped carry the team through another huge FA Vase tie.
We’re now just six games from Wembley.
Our Club.
Our People.
Our Town.
Winners Make it Happen💙🤍⚽

MAN CITY AND THE LOST MEMORIES
A trophy is remembered, but the feeling of winning it is what stays with you — the final whistle, the goal, the penalty save, the night out with your teammates.
Jamie Carragher: “Those players will never get that feeling and it was robbed by Manchester City.”
That’s why a medal can never replace what happened on the pitch. You can give someone the trophy later, but you can’t recreate the exact moment they should have lived through with their teammates and supporters.
If I were one of those players, that would hurt far more than losing a medal. I’d want the memory of winning it, not just something sitting in my hands years later.
