My 5-steps self-discipline framework
(Part 1/6)

4. Resistance: We face resistance, especially when motivations go downhill. That is when tiny habits matter because it is so easy to do! I once tried meditating for 30 mins, and I quit so quickly because I don't have the stamina for it yet!

About 4 months ago, I posted this to tell the world about the capabilities of sketchnotes. Idk why but YouTube algorithm picked this up, and I am so grateful that more people are learning it. @cwodtke more people knows you now!
Sketchnotes (taught by my professor @cwodtke) helped me so much in my attention span in lectures! Here's to not dozing off anymore and to having fun in lectures. And I decided to make a video out of it! Go check it out!

Big thank you to my professor @cwodtke for teaching me about a year ago. You are literally the most real and the best! 🥹

The problem with playtester feedback is that humans are more polite than markets, so playtester feedback is never stringent enough. #gamedesign
something worth celebrating: 2 months into working in my YouTube rather religiously, I’ve got 54 subscribers, and videos that exploded! #smallsteps – at West Region, Singapore
Thank you DragonFlight Con for having me! It was truly a joy to playtest my game. Looking forward to refine this again, and launch Gerrymander in the coming 6 months.
Thank you @playtestNW for featuring! 😀
Feels good to be back! @dragonflight We have tables going until 6pm with a raffle drawing at 6:15pm!
I received my final prototype of the board game that I’m creating - it looks amazing! I can’t wait to test it out with users!

#GenCant question of the day
What board game is your go-to comfort game?
(You know - those games that you know how to play without a rules check or just always enjoy and that you feel chill when you play or the one that makes you happy every time you play.)
I was comparing my recent videos to what I produced 3 months back. Consistent work really make a huge change.
