[Important] Temporary Suspension of Buyee Services Thank you for using Buyee. We are currently conducting emergency maintenance and have temporarily suspended Buyee services as a precautionary measure to address potential system vulnerabilities and confirm the overall security of our services. At this time, we have not confirmed any leaks of personal information or any other incidents affecting our customers. ■ Service Resumption We expect to resume services sometime next week. However, the timing may change depending on the progress of our security checks. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available. ■ Auctions with Existing Bids For auctions you have already bid on, you will receive the results by email as usual. ■ Package Shipments Packages for which international shipping fees have already been paid will continue to be processed for shipment as usual. ■ Package Storage Please rest assured that the service suspension will not reduce the remaining storage period for packages currently held at our warehouse. The storage period will be paused for the duration of the service suspension, and those days will not be counted toward your package storage period. ■ Latest Updates We will share the latest information regarding service resumption and maintenance progress on our official social media channels as soon as new information becomes available.
