If you aren't following Micheal and seeing these adorable letters from kids thanking him, you are missing out in the best feel good story of the last 2 years. And we need every feel good story we can get these days.
Thank you for your sanity and compassion.
Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls.
That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching.
I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee.
Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

Yes you can. When I was investigating a story about al Qaeda in Libya, I came across a letter from a senior leader to the other Islamic terrorist groups in the country. He was urging them to make a deal to form a government together as he said they had the full backing of the Obama Admin & he thought they would lose this opportunity as he was nearing the end of his second term & they could not count on his replacement being as supportive of them as Obama.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it. There you have a terrorist leader telling the other terrorist leaders that they had the full backing of then President of the US - Barack Obama - to form a terrorist govt in Libya & they better hurry or his replacement may not share that pro-Islamic position.

ATTENTION FLORIDA
We are facing similar invasion here.
Over 500K Muslims are in our state....and they are building mosques (AKA Forward Operating Bases)
Govern yourselves accordingly.
HOLY CR*P 🚨 3 mosques in Texas are funded, staffed and controlled directly by the government of Turkey
“The imams inside them are Turkish government employees. Their sermons are state-approved. Western intelligence services have documented Turkey using identical institutions in other countries to surveil and intimidate political dissidents. That operation is running in Dallas, Houston, and Austin right now”
“Turkey's President Erdoğa once described democracy as a train you ride until you reach your destination, and he has made clear that destination nation is an Islamist state. He has jailed journalists, purged judges, and directed his government's religious apparatus, the Diyanet, to operate globally.
Now, 3 of those Diyanet mosques are in Texas. These aren't imams. They are foreign government operatives with a pulpit”
“Additionally, the Turkish Islamist network in Texas includes private schools and a functioning Sharia court in Dallas. Its founding figure has publicly called for the Islamization of America, declaring, there's only one thing America needs, and that's Islam. This network has operated in close coordination with Muslim Brotherhood organizations in Dallas for years”
I can’t believe it but I looked it up and this is all 100% true
The 3 mosques are:
- Dallas Diyanet Mosque in Richardson / DFW area), operated by the Turkish American Religious Foundation Dallas. Its website states it is “proudly affiliated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (T.C. Diyanet Isleri Baskanligi) through Diyanet America.”
Diyanet Houston Camii in Houston. Opened around late 2022 with Turkish Diyanet officials including a deputy president and consular staff present. It is also linked to TARF Houston
- Austin Diyanet Mosque in the Austin area. Listed in the same reports; Turkish consular officials have visited it
How is this allowed. How could Texas officials possibly overlook this? We need the government to suit these mosques down and deport everyone involved

Policy Inc. Data Republican Drop 13: The Players Include DSA Linda Sarsour, and Others!
The connection between DSA, RAD, and "Thriving Together" for a new post-constitutional society is clear.
As Data Republican outlined last night, RAD and PolicyLink ($100 million in funding) compete for the same funders and the same space.
This collective ecosystem of separate organizations all have the same vision: a "new founding," drafted by people no one elected, a post-constitutional America that dissolves our three co-equal branches of government into a collective manifestation.
The speakers at the 2024 Equity Summit reflect on what it means to advance a nation that serves all including Linda Sarsour, Manuel Pastor, alongside PolicyLink leaders, Michael McAfee and Angela Glover Blackwell.
I don't know about everyone else, but the elction that scares me the most is the Michigan Senate race.
If he wins it really feels like the beginning of the end for our country.

12 people in Michigan were just indicted for a campaign of terror against Jews.
Jars of chemicals thrown into family homes.
Houses marked with the red triangles Hamas uses to mark targets for death.
One of the people indicted literally works for the Abdul El-Sayed campaign.
And people are considering voting for this man?
He is literally the ISIS candidate for office.

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: International actors are involved in the State Department led color revolution 🚨🚨
This is not speculation; it’s straight from a recorded call.
Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. This attempt at creating a color revolution isn't new news; this part was already reported in NOTUS earlier this year.
But what's not reported is the international aspect. One participant explicitly frames it as "a global anti-authoritarian movement," connecting U.S. officials with "colleagues from around the world who have dealt with this directly."
They reference coordination with Johns Hopkins, "international democracy and conflict mitigation spaces," and efforts to mobilize across borders against what they perceive as domestic authoritarianism.
At what point does this become treason?
As always, patience as I pull together this thread.

You don't need to be a lawyer to understand this one… when somebody fights this hard to keep the right to delete something, it is because of what is on it.
Here is what happened in Michigan. Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer had a simple question for Jocelyn Benson's office. Benson's own rule, R 168.48, says clerks must delete the electronic poll book files seven days after certification, while federal law, 52 USC 20701, says election officers must keep those records for 22 months and willfully failing to do it carries up to a year in federal prison. So which law does she follow? She asked in October of last year. She waited. She asked again. Nothing. Months of silence from the person in charge of Michigan elections, so she sued in August, got a restraining order, and she is now the only clerk known to still have her August 4 poll book file. Every other clerk's August file is already gone.
Then on Tuesday Judge Michael Riordan expanded that order statewide and told Benson to instruct every clerk in Michigan to move the November 3 poll books onto encrypted flash drives and lock them up until the court decides. DOJ filed a statement of interest saying poll book data, metadata included, are federal election records. And a data manager in Benson's own Bureau of Elections admitted under oath that the actual precinct lists poll workers use on Election Day never get uploaded to the state database, they get rebuilt later from a change log. So the "don't worry, it's all saved somewhere" argument just fell apart in her own affidavit.
And what does Benson do? She runs to the Court of Appeals with an emergency application, skips asking the trial judge for a stay first because it "would not be expedient," and asks them to waive the rule that says she has to. McQueer's lawyer Kevin Kijewski put it perfectly… she "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful." The cost to Benson's office of obeying the order is one memo. The cost to a clerk who deletes is a federal statute with a jail term.
Now keep in mind this is the woman running for governor of Michigan. How do you campaign on protecting democracy while fighting in court for the right to erase the record of the election you are running in? Who benefits when the list poll workers actually saw on Election Day only exists for seven days?
I know this movie. Tina Peters got nine years in Colorado over backing up her county's election system before an update wiped it, and the media called her the threat. Michelle McQueer did it the right way, she asked, she waited, she went to court, and the Secretary of State still wants the files gone.
Preserve the records. All of them. For 22 months, like the law says.
Jocelyn, if there is nothing on those poll books, you should be the one begging to keep them.
