this is exactly how apps should look on the Duo. no wasted space from that unnecessary black bar on the right.

fun fact: the latest iPad mini is the first since the original one in 2012 to have a battery under 5,000 mAh. every model released in between had a bigger battery.

A detailed visual history of AirPods charging cases, 2016–2026 (made in Figma:) a fun fact here: the wireless charging case Apple released in 2019 worked with the original AirPods too. you could keep your earbuds and just buy the case if you wanted wireless charging. with AirPods 5 in 2026, the standard and wireless charging versions use different earbuds, so swapping the case won’t do it. wish Apple still offered this. you shouldn’t need new earbuds just to get wireless charging. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold battery capacities over the years. Samsung was getting a little too comfortable with that 4,400mAh battery 😭 glad they finally increased it this year. now do the same for the S series.

MacBook Pro battery evolution from 2009 to 2026. funny how some newer generations actually had smaller batteries.
A few things to clarify: This compares selected 13″ and 14″ MacBook Pro models from 2009 to 2026. Not every generation is included, mainly to focus on notable changes and avoid repeating models with similar battery capacities. The mAh figures are calculated from Wh using a common 3.7V reference, not the actual rated mAh of each battery. Also, a bigger battery doesn't necessarily mean better battery life. Efficiency matters too. Entire graphic designed by me in Figma.

iPhone Duo not having an app dock at the bottom is such a big omission. they really should've added one, would've made switching apps and opening multitasking so much easier.
