Little Hog update: 20 ticks removed and it's too small to be released safely. So, this little one will stay with the rescue lady for a few weeks until big enough to fend for itself 🤞🙏💚

Went to bring in the wheelie bin earlier & found a hoglet out in the sunshine 😧. I don't know if it's the same one that's been visiting but the wonderful 🦔rescue lady has collected it and will update me later. Weight 150g. Tiny little life-form 💞

Just 3 adult 🦔 visiting last night. The baby hedgehog rescued y'day was obviously the one that's been coming to the feeder for the previous 9 nights. It must've been <100g when it 1st arrived 🥺💗! A clip from Thurs night - you can see 1 of the ticks on the side of its throat😢

Big hedgehog squeeeezed into Baby hedgehog’s feeder last night. Thankfully, Baby regained ownership but only after most of the food had been eaten. Numbers visiting have plummeted to just 2 or 3. Many are hibernating early (lack of natural food sources?😢) @PTES

Had a rummage in the garage y'day and fashioned a feeder just for the baby hedgehogs. Couldn't resist giving them a helping hand at this vulnerable age 🥰🦔🍼. (I'm good for nothing today but it was absolutely worth it 🥴😊) #BabyHedgehogs #WarwickshireMammals @Kate_Bradbury

My husband has a list of chores he's hoping to get done some day. The list is long; his time is short. This list is growing by the day. I've learnt to hate the very phrase. He says it, & my eyeballs glaze. For, every chore I think he's missed, He says, 'No, no. Its on my list.'

Cleaning up the #hedgehog feeding station earlier & there were quite a few teeny weeny poos. Here are the culprits 🥰. I'm leaving loose kitten biscuits & brambles food outside the feeding station for the new #hoglets. So glad they found it! @PTES #AutumnJuveniles #WarksMammals

My brain seems to have gone poooof this week. In case anyone would like some gentle hedgehog footage... I love how these 4 know the rules of the feeding station (no fighting, no pooing in the food) and were impeccably behaved 💚🦔 #WarwickshireMammals
