Okay. I will out myself. I am holding $GME because of one reason. I still believe in MOASS. I don’t care if you don’t. I don’t care if you think there’s a 10 year plan and you are only betting on @ryancohen operationally. I truly believe that there is a short against GME the size of the federal reserve. They got their hands caught in the cookie jar. I will never comprehend why a billionaire who just sold his company would want to jump right into a dying retailer stock for no reason. He used to talk about short selling constantly. BCG / the storm troopers, etc. Multiple big banks were getting cascade margin called in 2021. They couldn’t deliver shares so they shut the stock off and created their own price. They haven’t stopped since. RC raised cash so that they couldn’t stop him anymore. @TheRoaringKitty posted memes, that when watched in reverse, lay out a very specific path to MOASS in movie format. And a lot of those things have come to fruition. I believe that his last posts were an algo test to see how the algos would respond to his posts. He wasn’t hacked. The battle scenes at the end of the movie is where we are at now. There’s about 6 battles. It ends with Thor ending half of all life. It’s quite the production, if you haven’t seen it. Worth the watch. My points are simple. There are only two things left. Either RC created all these counterparties that are destroying the price because he’s one of them. Or he’s one of us. We will find out soon. If warrants print, he’s the white knight. If not, he’s one of them. There’s literally no reason to do all of these things that would clearly destroy the price during the warrant period - which are hedge fund gifts. Unless it was a setup. It’s the only thing that makes sense. MOASS or bust. Tomorrow.

ā€œIf they weren’t doing a good job, he wasn’t shy about.ā€ Quick question: Why do you GME pumpers who never see anything wrong, have a problem with me not being shy about how @ryancohen is doing? Your boy was proudly raised by a man who belittled people beneath him for not doing their job. You think I owe this guy some sort of respect him and his dad didn’t give to their own employees? Because I have an AI generated teddy bear pic? Fuck right off. I have been loyal long enough. At the end of the day, I don’t give a shit if Ryan Cohen turns a deer into a unicorn. If the stock doesn’t appreciate in value, he’s a clown. I don’t care what metrics you’re looking at, either. 5 years. Stock price flat. Warrants expired worthless. Fucking clown. Original holders have taken it up the ass and funded this thing. And he sits on his hands like, ā€œoh well, nothing can be done. Everyone wants us to fail. Judgment day one day.ā€ Wah wah. You don’t watch a football team and your team loses every game of the season and you say, ā€œwell at least we have a really good field goal kickerā€ or ā€œbut did you see how many rushing yards we had per game?ā€ Nobody fucking cares. You lost every game. Every single team in the entire league has beaten you every single game for five years. I don’t want to hear about how much you love the head coach’s dirty underwear. He sucks at coaching an NFL team. NFL coaches win games. That’s what we care about. The stock price. That’s what we care about. That’s how we make money. If he made the stock go up 100% tomorrow, 5 year holders have shitty returns. I don’t give a shit if he’s good at making the stock go up in 14 years from now. He’s in the big leagues. If he cannot get the market to think he is good at the game, well, maybe you’re not as cut out for the fucking game as you think. The fact that he has not reinvested $GME money, the capital in which we provided (that he’s up $1b on), is not just slightly a bad job. It’s abysmal. It’s so fucking retarded that I cannot comprehend a single reason in this universe that someone as smart as him would do that, other than he’s a hedge fund plant. It was a simple god damn arithmetic problem. Announce ASR buyback for $2b, stock squeezes, perhaps reduce exercise price a tad if needed, get back $1.5-$1.9b. Majority of shareholders are happy. $2b out + $2b in = $0b Shareholders happy = good How retarded do you have to be to not do that? Extremely. That’s why I am furious. 50% of holders invested in warrants because they thought it was a corporate squeeze. And your boy references judgment day the week before they expire. If MOASS isn’t fucking literally tomorrow, Ryan Cohen is a plant in the best case. A doofus in the worst. Final call for @TheRoaringKitty
Gamestop CEO @ryancohen on becoming comfortable with people not liking him: "How would my employees describe me? I hope they don't like me." "I don't have the desire to be liked. When you want to be liked, it doesn't take you very far in life." $GME

The @RoaringSensei is the shillist of shills. He blocked me because he has weak skin. This is so cringe. Why is @gamestop selling used Rolexes? It’s a pawnshop game now? dafuq? That’s the plan? And you are AI generating $1m of watches onto yourself to pawn to the masses? Stop shilling. Until @ryancohen answers questions on why he did the moves he did, no one is supporting your shilly pawn shop bullshit. You are the only pawn in this game. Ask your shill master why he screwed his loyal holders, can’t get any returns, has done no buybacks, and why he is friendly to hedge funds. Until you do so publicly, fuck right off.

You’re getting warmer @ThePPseedsShow They didn’t need the cash. $GME had $10b in the bank when they issued them. @ryancohen put the strike price at $32, clearly above the $30 note conversion price, which would have a sell wall. And a formidable defense to get through. He put extension and strike price change language in the warrants, to keep the loyalists and true RC believers in the play throughout. He did a VWAP exchange two months prior to expiration that was extremely unnecessary and lucrative to hedge funds. He teased a $500m personal financing transaction, as well as a full presentation for the eBay bid. He teased judgment day. He goaded people into ā€œbetting against us.ā€ He step laddered into his purchases, making every single one of them cost more money, and get the price close to $30… further baiting people into the warrants. I have been shouting for months. If this wasn’t a planned warrant squeeze, then this has nefarious activity written all over it. He is acting in the best interest of hedge funds. I don’t know why. I can’t make sense of it. I don’t know how this benefits him. But the facts are in. The evidence is astounding. Every time Ryan Cohen speaks or files a corporate action, retail loses and hedge funds win. Every time. Batting 1.000. Yet he dangles carrots constantly. Until every shareholder starts screaming as loudly as me and asking @larryvc and RC why this is, nothing will change. He owns shareholder sentiment. GME bulls are not smart enough to pick up on any of this and the average GME investor has zero clue. If nothing happens before 5pm tomorrow, it will be impossible to convince me that RC is not completely aligned or owned by hedge funds or other powerful entities. We need answers.
What was the point of these warrants to begin with? How does it benefit the company to simply allow them to expire worthless? It’s the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. They directly help the company raise capital and could easily be extended but we saw BBBYW warrants expire and now from the looks of it GMEW warrants will also expire OTM. Even extending them 6 months to one year would make sense business wise but you’ve got to wonder why both companies didn’t issue an extension. My main question is what was even the point of them to begin with?

I asked a simple question last night. Not a single person can answer this. It’s impossible. And it points to @ryancohen being a hedge fund plant. All I ask is two simple questions. Why did RC absolutely give away the farm for the VWAP exchange? Why did he spread out his buys so that we would get close to $30? Spreading out his buys like that baited hundreds of millions of dollars into warrants. He put language in there for an extension. Did he do that because he knew they would expire worthless? Did he put the warrants above the $30 note conversion sell wall and the VWAP exchange was at $18, to assure that warrants would expire worthless and hedge funds would get your shares on the ultra cheap? He baits retail into donating their funds to his hedge fund pals. He fucked all of us. Even the anti warrant crowd. He drains your gains to his buddies. And he constantly baits. Over. And over. And over. Squeeze filter $500m Bet against us Judgment day Warrants Extension language He’s a hedgie fuck. An absolute conman. Send it to zero. I’m out. Deuces.

Tomorrow, @ryancohen has the power to buy back shares and extend the warrants. He said he didn’t have a crystal ball. He’s actually gaslighting. He completely controls the situation. He is the crystal ball. Do you know how many extra people held these warrants because of the extension possibility? It was bait. Can you explain why 87% of the SP500 has share buybacks but GME does not? He could, quite literally, extend, do a $2b ASR, and recover all $1.9b within weeks. You just have to wonder one final thing… Why did he purposely buy to get the stock price so close to $32? Why didn’t he buy all in one day? If the warrants expire worthless, you should ask yourself that deeply. Why did RC make sure to spread out his purchases so that we would get close to $30? I mean, you talk about his $100m investment like it’s gold… Why did he run up the score? Are you telling me he spread out his purchases because he didn’t know how much he wanted to buy? He just wanted to buy at higher prices? What purpose did that serve? I’ll tell you the outcome. Hedge funds have made hundreds of millions, if not billions, since it happened. You don’t have an explanation as to why he did that. Or why he gave away $350m and 7m extra shares in the VWAP exchange. Every time RC does anything, hedge funds print money. Explain it. Try. Please. Anyone. You can’t. We find out in two days who he really is.

Remember when @ryancohen went on a media tour against eBay’s board for not creating shareholder value? That was hilarious. Why on earth would an $EBAY investor want anything different? They have reliably smashed it over their entire history. They have a CEO who doesn’t post cryptic bullshit and put god damn squeeze filters on their face during corporate events, while the stock hasn’t moved. Their CEO doesn’t talk about his secret investments, bait people into shorting, or talking about a cryptic judgment day. They don’t make friendly hedge fund arrangements that destroy the stock via convertible note offerings and exchanges. They reinvest their profits back into the fucking company, so hedge funds cannot abuse the shareholders. Their CEO doesn’t say that he hopes his employees do not like him. I’m almost done here. This has been a true mask off moment for me. MOASS is dead.

What are $GME holders waiting for now? At this point, what’s the thesis? Why are we invested in this stock? We prayed for a catalyst that would reprice us and hoped the warrants were signal. But the entire company has turned around. And the stock is flat. $EBAY represents half of our market cap. I’m confused this morning on what we are even doing. The growth story for @gamestop isn’t really there. I don’t see revenue growing faster than the hardware decline. I don’t see an eBay acquisition at these prices doing much of anything, aside from long term upside. Without aggressive share buybacks using the company’s profits, I don’t even see the stock going up, at all. As a 10 year play, sure. But why would we invest in GME when there is massive innovation out there and an entire turnaround, funded by our high risk investment, proved fruitless? The only thing that makes this stock go up is if @ryancohen or @TheRoaringKitty buys the stock. Dealers are going to forever manipulate the options chain to suppress any rally, without significant buyback programs. If the warrants were not the catalyst, is this not just turning into a super long marathon, where our entire bet is on a guy that hasn’t done a thing that will move the stock in years? You all make excuses for him. But what are you rooting for? $7b in net assets. $700m EBITDA. 7-8x multiple… With a guy who is ultra friendly to hedge funds and your shares, while dangling the carrot, that seems like a friendly multiple. He has fucked all of us. We all know it. We just don’t want to admit it.

This is one of the biggest one week drops in $GME history. Just consider that while you are panicking. Zero news. Zero dilution. Nothing. Just an arbitrage play to rob retail in the options chain and liquidate the warrants. We are here because @ryancohen won’t do share buybacks and fight for us. The hedge funds absolutely abuse every ounce of gain as a way to dunk on you. 15% in just over a week. And the bottom continues to fall out. Disgusting.

Let’s recap the past year… $900m in profit / unrealized gains. 8% of the company’s market cap. Increased forward guidance to $700m EBITDA from $150m. Growth background tasks running without affecting the balance sheet or income statement. Insider purchases of $100m+. Stock is down 4%. If you’re telling me there isn’t synthetic suppression going on, I dunno what to say. @ryancohen needs to stand up for his shareholders. Fuck all this noise. I don’t buy it. I am all in. It’s time for MOASS.

You want to be fooled. I dunno. Fuck it. I’ll delete if the $GME warrants expire. I have more gas in the tank. It still doesn’t make sense. This is a brutal little time period, no doubt. ā€œWhy does everyone want GameStop to fail?ā€ What do you think he means? Why do you think he asks this so much? ā€œLet em short.ā€ ā€œUltimately, that could be a good thing.ā€ ā€œBet against us.ā€ ā€œAnything that can go wrong between now and judgment day.ā€ @ryancohen isn’t a guy who is not paying attention to the stock price and short interest. Is he really dog whistling? Is he really wasting 100% of his time to ruin our lives and make hedge funds money? Or has the show just begun? And we didn’t notice. There’s 4 full days left. I don’t have the most faith in a corporate action right now. But look at the squeeze mechanics right now. Just imagine a news release right now. 5 years lined up with a perfect sniper. Waiting for even his most loyal supporters to question him. If his most loyal supporters are questioning him, how do you think his enemies are doing right now? Betting against him as hard as anyone ever has. I just can’t really wrap my head around a few things. The GME anti-warrant crowd thinks it’s so simple. He offered a free dividend, oh well. It’s not that simple. He offered a free dividend, smoked every stock run with corporate actions, avoided buybacks, and baked into the warrants that he can change the price at any time. There’s no dismissing that if all four of those things are true, and the warrants expire worthless, he is severely misaligned with the majority of his retail shareholders. And it feels he is heavily aligned with hedge funds. For a guy that has attacked eBay for not being aligned with its shareholders, I have my doubts that this is just completely over. Is MOASS tomorrow?

As I said, this will be my last post. I will come back if warrants somehow get ITM. Be cautious with @ryancohen and $GME Hedge funds have made far too much money on our beloved stock. It’s not coincidence that every run has been met with a corporate action that stifles it. Name one corporate action that’s ever benefited the stock. While 10+ have completely crushed it. This game can be perpetual. It doesn’t have to end. How many cryptic things has RC said in the last year that people in our community have tried to digest? $500m investment in $EBAY People who invest in me make a lot of money Presentation coming in a few days Bet against us Judgment day Those are just a few. He’s manipulating liquidity. These are dog whistles to keep you in the game while hedge funds dunk on you. It’s terrifying. As a long term holder, it’s less risky. But if he intends to keep GME a darling stock for hedge funds, this will never end. We have already seen massive hedge fund dilution from the VWAP, for no apparent reason (7m shares and $350m extra for literally zero reason, right before warrants expire). I am not saying to sell GME. I will keep a little myself. I am saying that there’s a really good chance that RC and @larryvc are not who you think that they are. They don’t care if you win. They don’t care about the stock price. They have zero loyalty to long term holders. They prefer keeping hedge funds happy so that they can continuously borrow to fund whatever ego driven goals they have. Or worse, something nefarious we don’t see. He already dunked on everyone with BBBY when he made a cryptic post and sold. That should have been my last day touching anything he does. I hope he loses his base. Trust should clearly erode, but you have to understand how hedge funds make money in order to understand the underlying game (note arbitrage, warrant arb, merger arb, VWAP exchange, options cycle, etc. - it’s been a hell of a year for hedge funds and GME). That’s why no buybacks happened. That’s why he stuffed the warrants with expiration language that he’s not using. And that’s why true price discovery is impossible. Ryan Cohen is not who you think he is. GameStop is being entirely controlled by hedge funds. He seems like a plant at this point. Once you see it, it’s hard to unsee. Signing off. MOASS will always be tomorrow.

This is the stock of a company that’s been completely turned around over 5 years. Show me where that’s evident. Negative $300m to positive $700m. Show me where in this chart that happened. Look at how many times $GME went for a run. Every run has been met with corporate actions. Dilution Botched BTC purchase eBay offer VWAP exchange Warrant expiration notice Every. Single. Run. Has been meet with corporate actions that crushed the stock. I can’t explain to you how much hedge funds, dealers, and MMs have made on the convertible notes (arb and exchange), options exchange, and warrant arbitrage. After this week, it’s sort of a mask off moment for me. Ryan Cohen is either a white knight and hero to this incredible story. It all makes sense and the wait is over. Or Ryan Cohen is the villain who has been pawning off our gains to hedge funds. And we don’t fully understand who he is or what he’s doing. Those are my thoughts.

In April and May $GME traded in the $25-26 range. After the $EBAY offer, we dropped to the $22 range. Then the VWAP had us in the $18 range. The insider buys had us pushed all the way to $28 range. It looked like there was a plan. @ryancohen step laddered is buys for some reason, instead of porting in @ $22. He bought between September 9th and October 13th. It really looked like a step ladder strategy to get a base on GME’s price to go after the warrants. Now we have to wonder why he did that. It doesn’t make logical sense. It’s pretty easy to know that if October 13th was going to be the last buy, OPEX to follow and the warrant announcement would come the following week, $GME would get smoked. Was it all a part of the plan? Or did RC set up the easiest GME and warrant arb opportunity in history, at the expense of retailer traders? MOASS is always tomorrow.

Sigh. This is just ā€œtalent acquisitionā€ at GameStop. And he’s placating to DJT using the new ā€œsuper intelligenceā€ abbreviation. It’s a job posting. That’s all. He’s posted [email protected] like 4 other times.

I don’t think there is any chance $24.70 doesn’t arrive today. The house wins. This is why I was outraged last Friday. No stand was taken. $1.6b in market cap could have been defended. Warrants could have been defended. 87% of publicly traded companies do share buybacks. We found the one that loves watching hedge funds win more than its own investors.

Tomorrow is a weird day. Today, $GME free fell 6% on zero news. You have to wonder, who would be shorting or selling GME right now? It makes zero sense. AI is cratering and the market ran into safety stocks with solid revenue and good financials, outside the AI bubble. The majority of stocks went up today. Doesn’t it feel strange that a company with $11b in net assets, almost no debt, and $1b+ cashflow per year wouldn’t be the obvious safety zone? We have seen it for years, nothing will let GME run again. Nothing. We are 10-15% above the pre-VWAP prices right now. And in that time, we are up $1b on $EBAY So basically, the great earnings and all the insider buying has netted almost nothing. We are 6 trading days out from warrants expiring - in what some, including myself, theorize that if they go heavily ITM, will expose a major problem in institutional short interest against GME. That’s why everyone wants to see what would happen if they got ITM. It felt like the reason the warrants were created. But the shot clock has run out. We are 50% OTM, truthfully. We really need high $30s to actually expose anything. And we have a major institutional sell wall from the notes from here to $50, for them to remain delta hedged. They will short into any rise. The most loyal holders and believers of @ryancohen are holding. I cannot imagine that means zero to him. We have been through hell with this stock. It’s been a grueling few years watching the market explode, friends and family portfolios sky rocket. And we are all in on one stock. One guy. I don’t care if the warrants were free. I’m tired of waiting. I am not sure I will be holding anything come tomorrow afternoon, let alone Monday morning. We need an ASR or strike change basically now. The shorts never closed. Push the red button. MOASS is tomorrow.
