I get that traveling this time of year is a crap shoot, but as someone who’s travelled more than 1.5M miles on @AmericanAir I do expect them to at least make an attempt at customer service. What a horrid experience after an hour on hold.

Fire crews are responding to a wildfire off Horseshoe Lake Rd at MM 8 on the Cave Creek Ranger District. One engine and the Payson helicopter are responding with 2 engines and the Mesa and Payson Interagency Hotshot Crews enroute. The fire is currently estimated to be 100 acres.
