i laugh everytime i see #12 trot onto the field for ohio state. that might be the worse football player in the country and these coaches in columbus continue to play him.

Look at 86 here. Legitimately any time Ohio State asks the tight ends to do a single job itโ€™s a complete disaster that destroys the play What the fuck do you do @CoachKee

When you can get five tight ends on the field โ€” by far the worst position group in the entire roster โ€” you simply have to do it
John Walker and Bo Jackson had the highest grades while Jaylen McClain and Austin Siereveld had the lowest grades among starters from Pro Football Focus in Ohio Stateโ€™s 30-18 loss to USC.

โ€œshouldnโ€™t matter whoโ€™s throwing the ballโ€ surely this was a walk-in touchdown, right? a certain db got absolutely cooked off the los. ๐Ÿ‘€ kudos to that usc db, great game. โ€” but you are dead wrong taking shots at smith just because he didnโ€™t go nuclear on the field. chemistry/timing matter and when a qb is making his first career start, itโ€™s not going to always look pretty. it takes time. youโ€™re confusing โ€œexcusesโ€ with a basic understanding of the game. (btw, i never made any excuses, not sure where you got that from)
Best player in CFBโ€ฆshouldnโ€™t matter whoโ€™s throwing the ballโ€ผ๏ธ @JontezWilliams was just a 3โญ๏ธ and heโ€™s fresh off an ACL injury! #Excuses

โ€œwe beat a national title contender! we should be taken seriously as a threat to win it all! - usc fans national title contenders do not settle for a field goal in this situation. โ€” nor do they line up in the shotgun on first and goal at the 2 inch line.

Fire Kenan Bailey right now man. He's the co-offensive coordinator/TE coach of an offense that goes TE heavy in the red zone to its detriment, and yet they couldn't figure out how to use this weapon when he was at Ohio State? Ryan Day won't, because that's not how he rolls.

Hired the Virginia Tech tight ends coach to run the most important offensive line in the country Basically the entire unit is returning starters and the weakest link left to go become the best guard in the SEC Tyler Bowen should be fired by the morning
Highest pressure rates allowed by Ohio State under Ryan Day (per PFF): 1. 2024 Michigan: 50% 2. 2023 Missouri: 48.3% 3. 2026 USC: 47.6% All losses, obviously. Ohio State has allowed a pressure rate of 42% or higher 9 times since 2019. Itโ€™s 2-7 in those games. 3 of the 8 games with the highest pressure rate allowed since 2019 are from this season: USC, Texas, Iowa

I know most of the Buckeye beat guys will shout you down if you DARE to suggest their buddy Ryan Day has lost his fastball. But maybe someone on the beat can ask Day why he employs Tyler Bowen, Kenan Bailey, and Billy Fessler given the lack of development at those positions?

Belichick had this guy for TWO SECONDS and turned him into a red zone weapon. OSU couldnโ€™t find a role for this guy for THREE SEASONS.

Ryan Day has completely lowered the standard at Ohio State: Beat Michigan? 2-4 record and has yet to beat them at home Win The Big Ten Championship? Hasnโ€™t done that since 2020 Win a National Championship? Won one with a team that shouldโ€™ve went undefeated. He has yet to do all of that in a full season, and itโ€™s looking very unlikely that he will do that this season

Day isnโ€™t getting fired anytime soon so no matter my feelings on him I donโ€™t even entertain that idea There needs to be some deep introspection tho. A good boys club has formed on this roster and it rewards low ceiling guys who donโ€™t make mistakes but also who donโ€™t make plays

Rewatching this OSU-USC game this morning and itโ€™s just disgusting how many missed assignments and blocks this OSU offense had yesterday. Late off the ball. Missed blocks. Not in position to block. Losing 1-on-1 pass pro reps. One good thing happened and two bad ones followed.

Ryan Day has the most expensive coaching staff in the history of the sport and, if youโ€™re being generous, you could say that maybe 4 or 5 of his assistants are worthwhile hires who deserve to be here

Against Clemson in the 2019 Fiesta Bowl we entered the redzone 4 times and came away with 9 points. 7 years later and the same head coach still canโ€™t properly execute in the redzone which continues to cost us games last last night

I have defended Ohio State's offensive line to the dislike of some fans, but this is awful. Penalties, not getting set, missing blocks. It doesn't matter who the quarterback is right now. Defense isn't helping, but my goodness.
