Run ohh, this is a materialistic wife
I asked a girl out yesterday. She said sheโs not ready for any relationship right now.
Curious, I asked why.
Her reply:
"I donโt want to date any guy for now because they are not intentional. Iโve dated 3 guys yet I still pay my rent by myself, I buy my clothes, I fix my phone and I do everything for myself. No guy has ever bought me any expensive gift."
I was just looking at her.
Then she added: โI cannot be in a relationship and still be paying my rent. I have nothing to show from my past relationships. No hair, no wig and no phone. I bought everything by myself. Why am I in the relationship then?"
I looked at her and said:
"You are right. You have gone through a lot in the hands of men. Donโt date again. Relationship is not for you."
Above all, love God.

This story coming out of Owerri is really strange๐ณ
A 29-year-old mother, identified as Ann Chioma, reportedly died during childbirth, but what allegedly happened at her workplace shortly before her death was announced has left people confused.
Ann was a hairstylist around Jamanze, near Douglas in Owerri, Imo State. According to the story, she showed up at her shop to pick up some of her personal belongings.
But here's where it gets strange. Less than 10 minutes after she reportedly left, her husband called the people at the shop and told them that Ann had died while giving birth.
Now, people are asking questions because they claim they had just seen her at the shop shortly before that call came in. Some even started saying the person they saw might have been her spirit.
There are also claims that she kept appearing at the shop after her death. Because of this, her colleagues, friends and well-wishers reportedly gathered her remaining things, including chairs, clothes, wigs and hair extensions, and took them to her graveside.
They allegedly pleaded with her to rest and stop coming back to the shop.
It's a sad story, especially considering that she was only 29 and had a young family.
But the question many people are asking is: can someone who has died really return to places they were familiar with or come back for their belongings?
Have you ever heard of or experienced anything like this?

Farmers, prepare for El Niรฑo!
Conserve soil moisture, plan planting properly, manage irrigation, and protect livestock from heat stress.
Monitor your farm, control unnecessary spending and have a backup plan.
We canโt control the weather, but we can control how prepared we are.

My cousin told us one story when she was at ABU Zaria. She said there was a very beautiful lady in their hostel, Queen Amina Hostel, who always had a different hairstyle every week. Whenever they asked her who her stylist was, she would never give them an answer.
Until one night, some ladies went to the restroom and saw her head on the floor, weaving her own hair! ๐
My cousin said that from that day, nobody knew the ladyโs whereabouts again.
My cousin eventually moved out of the hostel to live with a family member and never returned to the hostel until she graduated from ABU.
Till today, whenever I remember that story, I still wonder whether it was actually true or whether my cousin was just trying to scare us because we were much younger at the time. ๐

I worked in the IT department of a company that sells truck spare parts.
Since they didn't need a full-time IT staff member, I also helped out in the spare parts department and assisted the accountant when necessary.
After two years, the company employed a new staff member and made him the spare parts manager.
He became jealous because I knew more about the business than he did. He repeatedly told management to sack me because he didn't like being overshadowed.
One Friday, a mechanic urgently needed a spare part to finish a customer's truck. The manager said it was too late to get it and left at 4:30 p.m.
I contacted the supplier, took the company's delivery van and returned with the part by 5:30 p.m.
On Monday morning, the manager was sacked.
