Started with breakfast in bed (eggs, avo toast hash browns and OJ) at 8am and now onto my second breakfast of coffee with baileys and cookies. lemme see what I can line up for third breakfast. #happymothersday

My daughters school mascot is the River Rats and I didn鈥檛 think it could any weirder than that but last night they played the Kicking Mules so I guess it can?

I was making vegan lasagna for dinner and now the boys told me they are making wings and tots to watch all the bball on tonight. I guess that works too?

Holy cow this vegan lasagna is incredible and is prob better than the wings and tater tots. As preposterous as that sounds.

The thing about a long marriage is, you need a wedding shower 25 years in. By then you鈥檝e broken or lost any decent cooking stuff you were lucky enough to get & your kitchen looks like a garage. We got new cutting boards & knives for Christmas & I鈥檓 irrationally happy about them.
