Experiencing a little wake up call w/ work at the moment. Need a mid-level dev? 6+ years ecomm - with Ruby on Rails, SFCC (No SFCC jobs plz), VueJs, NuxtJS, Express, AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS). Good at making sense of ugly code bases/bug fixing & making them less ugly.

Instead of a coding interview, potential employers should have their candidates assemble a piece of Ikea furniture. This shows A) Their problem solving abilities and B) Their ability to work from vague documentation.
