tfench aka thesandman

The 'honeypot' , born in lockdown. A fun, bright, versitile piece of kit. Not just another kettlebell, fill it with sand, used for swings, carries, overhead and/or chest press, halos, woodchops, bent over rows and more. #honeypot #oddobject #functionalfitness
