This is horrible news icl
Joe Person@josephperson20h
Canales says Jaelan Phillips will not play this week against the Bucs and Panthers will "see" about the quick turnaround next week at Green Bay.

This sucks to hear but it’s better than him not playing at all

Dave Canales: Says Panthers have to take care of OLB Jaelan Phillips' hamstring. "The MRIs, the findings, this is something we're gonna have to treat more intensely."

lol. I think the critique that he can’t drive the ball as far as a QB who’s much bigger in a muddy pocket is somewhat valid. But saying the offense wasn’t good, saying he can’t hit passes 16-20 yards downfield consistently unless it’s wide open, and saying he left the pass to Waller 10 yards short lets me know this is just a guy with confirmation bias search for anything to be negative.

🚨Long time Bryce skeptic Derrik Klassen claims offense “was not good” vs Eagles🚨 Inconsistent would be the correct word imo, we still finished with 399 yards on a Vic Fangio defense. Do you agree with the critiques he listed? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

While I agree EJ scheme is holding him back as a rusher. Accounting for the 2 halves he missed Phillips is on pace for: 76 pressures | 10.5 sacks | 42 stops The leader for Carolina in 2025 32 pressures | 5 sacks | 58 stops Def worth the money so far if he stays healthy.

Aint no reason to overpay for an edge in a Evero style defense

Last week made it two weeks in a row where Zakee Wheatley has out snapped Latham Ransom. With range like this it’s easy to see why the rookie is shooting up the depth chart #KeepPounding

The thing with Bryce is that he’s been playing at an elite level with true ethical QB play This isn’t a Nix, Williams or Shough situation where it’s all checkdowns & avoiding the middle of the field Bryce is constantly making checks at the line and manipulating coverages
