On low salary, DON'T save, spend. The goal isn't to get rich from saving $20 a month, but to build the habit of living below your means, create a small emergency fund, and stop relying on debt every time life gets expensive. Earn more when you can. But don't wait for a bigger salary to learn how to manage money."

The gym is good, agree! But it's not the only way to stay fit and healthy. You can also walk daily. Walk after meals. Take the stairs. Get outside instead of sitting all day. It's simple, free, and easy to repeat. Stop underestimating the habits you can actually stick to.

Perfectionists NEVER WIN, but disciplined MEN do. WE going back to the gym after missing a session. WE getting back on budget after overspending. WE returning to work after wasting an afternoon. That's why we're winner.

Just so you know, building strong finances is ridiculously easy once you know how to manage your money. Track what comes in. Know where it goes. Stop spending to impress people. Build an emergency fund. Invest in skills that can increase your income.

EQ is simple: control your emotions and facial expressions. Don't let anger speak for you. Don't let frustration show on your face. Don't react to everything you feel. Learn to manage your emotions, and you'll go further in life.

Loosing weight is simple to me. Loosing fat is what drives me nuts! There's a big difference. Losing fat require both controlling of your traning and controlling of your mouth.

Strong heart, strong life. Don't skip your cardio: 1. Walk: 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace 10-13 2. Run: Start with 15 to 20 minutes at a comfortable pace 6:40-8:30 3. Cycle: 30 minutes at a moderate intensity, enough to breathe harder while still being able to talk. 4. Swim: 20 to 30 minutes at a steady pace. Take breaks when needed. 5. Play a sport: 30 to 60 minutes of soccer, basketball, tennis, or any sport you enjoy.

People say connections are key to success, but few mention that skills are key to building connections. You can't build meaningful connections if you have nothing to offer.

A simple way to tell real friends from foes: pay close attention to how people treat me during my darkest times. Hard times reveal what good times often hide.
