don't underestimate the value of DEEP WORK. too often we are bouncing from one task to another... one distraction to the next. when was the last time you had a goods stretch of at least 3 to 4 hours working on ONE thing?

next time you wanna call for a meeting, think again. most of the time, it's not necessary. people shouldn't have to part with their precious time just so you can feel up to date with things. build systems so you don't have to disturb people. they've got enough work as it is.
