Developing in C++ is inherently unsafe and hazardous. It's way too easy to shoot yourself in the foot.

A great talk at @RustLondon_ yesterday on property-based testing. Ethan from @AntithesisHQ explored different flavours of PBT, model checkers and formal verification. It's a complex topic about improving the safety of complex systems.
A decade ago, MacBooks were highly customisable and repairable. SSD wearing out? I replaced it. Need more RAM? I added a stick. Too heavy? Removed the optical drive. Cleaning out the dust was easy. I really miss those days. On pic: MBP 4,1 2008, nicely disassembled
