HOLY F*CK
793K views since oct 23 on an ai rumpelstiltskin christmas film. the channel's other 3 films: median 129K
its halloween film went up the same week and has 20K. same creepy little guy in all 4
HOLY F*CK these 5 ai faces are SLOPPY
every one is fake & you can't say why
lots of ai characters look unreal bc of tiny details people are unaware of
they make their characters look like a f*cking barbie
perfect face features and genetics
like what is this
you need to make your character look like an average human
the best way to do that is referencing a real person's features
or add these when prompting from scratch
- eyes: normal size, slightly uneven
- nose: medium, soft tip
- lips: medium, thinner on top
- chin: soft and ordinary
- skin: visible pores, uneven tone
stop making those sloppy faces
7.8M views in 13 days on the moon wrapped in country flags
the same page's $2.6 billion money video got 12.4K
an economist started the page a month ago
the first flag video, oct 13: "moon vs india vs usa vs russia vs asia": 4.1M
the next two did it again:
-> "moon vs indonesia vs pakistan vs bangladesh vs sri lanka": 2.6M
-> "moon vs vatican city vs iran vs uzbekistan vs mongolia vs vietnam": 1.1M
4.1M in 13 days, 2.6M in 8, 1.1M in 4. a mars version with india went up yesterday: 73.5K so far
the 8 shorts before the flags: 5.2K to 717.6K, middle 12.3K
-> the moon with planets: 717.6K
-> the next one, no moon or countries: 62.2K
-> the moon covered in countries: 4.1M
the moon got the page attention. the countries on it got 4.1M
our guess: someone in pakistan sees pakistan in the title and has to know how many fit
the look:
-> the moon spins on a black background while flags cover it
-> a counter on top climbs as they land: "the moon fits 11.5 indias"
-> 20 seconds, ends on all of asia next to the moon
how it's made, from the video descriptions: blender, country outlines from natural earth, areas from the world bank. all free
for a travel or language app it's a ready series: your user's country on the moon
the steps:
-> pick one huge thing everyone has seen
-> cover it with 4 to 6 countries and name every one in the title
-> the counter is the moon's surface, 37.9M km², divided by each country's area (india: 11.5)
-> end with "which country should go on the moon next?" and let the comments pick the next video
save this and put a country in your next title

the easiest content to monetize has always been asmr (4-5 figs with AUTOMATION)
nobody needs to understand a word. people put it on again to fall asleep
so the page grows on its own, then the product goes inside the video
3 instagram pages doing it right now:
-> imaginevideoai: ai asmr beds, 151K followers, a referral link to the video tool they use in the bio
-> woolyalice: a knitted asmr world, 370K followers, a collabs email in the bio and a "Brands" highlight on the profile
-> dreamyrooms: cozy ai rooms, 223K followers
on oct 23 they turned a 3D app's witch character into one of their rooms: 218K views, while the middle reel on their reels tab has 132K
why it works:
-> the product sits inside the scene: it's the thing being knitted, poured or slept in
-> the viewer gets the same calm video they came for, so nothing tells them to scroll
pick a world any product can live in: wool, glass, candy, a cozy room
save this and study those 3 pages before you start your next one

at least 23 of the 201 animated instagram pages we crawled are named after a pair of characters
-> capi & coco: 15.3M on one reel (sep 24), 53 posts in
-> capi & bara: 1M (oct 21), 73 posts in
-> capybara kiki & kiko: 1.4M (oct 5), 19 posts in
-> otti & otto: 701K (oct 12), 51 posts in
read their captions and it's the same couple every time: one is grumpy or needy, the other loves them anyway
"coco is always mad but capi still loves her"
a pair hands you a new scene every day without a new idea
if you're starting a character page, start with two
Found another ai page printing money
the whole page is about a female and a cat living together
somehow these got them over 100K followers and millions of views
with just 34 posts
these ai pages are getting ridiculous
now we have an ai couple page that somehow gets millions of views
the account has already pass 100K followers and is printing money with brand partnerships
bro i'm begging u to start a new faceless yt channel
this guy literary leaked the whole sauce on how to automate the entire process with opus 5.5
$0 spent on video and 0 manual work
just claude pro
after a full research, i found 6 viral channels making full automation youtube videos with ONLY code for $0 per video and 0 manual work
2 week old channels and they earned between $105k and $210k from ads in their first month lol
i promised a full free A-Z guide so here it is
all of them started this month, combined they already did 21M longform views
so, what do you need for this?
1. a claude subscription to access claude code (pay once a month)
2. gpt image 2.5, uses 1 AI image generation per video for the thumbnails, costs cents literally
i turned it all into 1 prompt that will make your claude code do the entire thing for you
basically when you have claude code open, give it "Bypass Permissions" access, and send it the prompt below and everything will be ready for you to see your first video made infront of you with 0 manual work
PROMPT:
<inputs>
Ask me one question: what-if videos (like Ifverse, IFOLOGY, Ifinite) or discipline films (like Day One Films, Monk Mode Films, Last Soul). Then don't stop until the video is done.
</inputs>
<research>
Channels: youtube.com/@IfverseTales, youtube.com/@IFOLOGYFILMS, youtube.com/@Ifinite-c5h, youtube.com/@dayonefilmsoffi…, youtube.com/@MonkModeFilms, youtube.com/@lastsoulorigin. Study only the ones in my format.
With yt-dlp pull every video's views, length, title, upload date and thumbnail. Score each video as views divided by its channel's median. Download the top 3 videos of each channel at 480p with auto subtitles and pull one frame every 2 seconds.
Write style.md from what you see and hear: the character, colours, lighting, cut rhythm, camera moves, on-screen text and captions, the story arc with timings per section, the narration, the music, and what the winning thumbnails and titles do that the flops don't.
</research>
<build>
1. My own character in their style, not a copy: one HTML file, one 1920x1080 canvas, no libraries. A rig of joint angles (hips, torso, head, arms, legs) with every pose their videos use, a walk cycle, and the face on its own layer (blinking eyes that look around, brows, mouths).
2. The script: the topic that beat their channels' normal the most, a new story on their arc, length and pacing. Narration line by line with what we see next to each line.
3. The voice, free: kokoro-onnx locally with the voice closest to their narrator. Exact word timings from faster-whisper.
4. The film: every frame a pure function of time (window.seek(t) draws frame t, no timers). One scene per line, cut on the line's first word. Sets made of flat shapes in 3 depth layers moving at different speeds so camera moves feel 3D. Everything else exactly as style.md says.
5. The render: Playwright seeks every frame at 60fps and encodes the canvas in the page with WebCodecs H.264, 4 subframes averaged for motion blur. ffmpeg mixes the voice, a royalty-free music bed ducked under it the way theirs is, one sound effect per cut, loudnorm to -14 LUFS.
6. The packaging: 3 GPT Image 2.5 thumbnail prompts at 1536x1024 and 5 titles, both following their winners. Put my thumbnail ideas next to their top 6 at 320px wide and keep only what holds up.
7. The machine: wrap it all so a new script goes in and a finished video comes out.
</build>
<gotchas>
Show me a contact sheet of every scene next to their frames before rendering, then fix what doesn't match. The character stays on model in every scene: same colours and scale, only the pose, face and camera change. Never reuse their characters, names or music. If a step fails, fix it and keep going.
</gotchas>
<start>
Ask me the one question, then do the research, build it and render it. Hand me final.mp4, the thumbnail prompts, the titles and the description.
