Bleach is over.
Twenty years ago, when it was airing on Adult Swim, it was my very favorite anime. I absolutely loved it.
A lot has changed since then, including my tastes in anime. But I'll always have a soft spot for Bleach, and I'm sad to see it go.
I worked the electronics department at Walmart from 99-01, and it was such a cool time.
A new album dropped from a huge artist virtually every weekβEminem, NSYNC, Britney Spears, Destiny's Child, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Metallica, Linkin Park, Nelly, and on and on and on...
I review a bunch of spooky, ghostly, and sometimes ghastly new releases in this week's column!

One thing that encourages me when I struggle with Scripture or get corrected by another believer: The disciples misunderstood Jesus all the time.
ALL. THE. TIME.
And yet he patiently taught them, corrected them, and used them to build his church.
There's hope for us, too.
Amen to this. Be mindful of your words, friends. And pay attention to what those words reveal about your heart.

Aikman almost crying talking about a co-worker passing away? That was moving. I love seeing these kinds of human moments.

The greatest tragedy in prayer isnβt unanswered requests. It is the unasked ones. God is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine. Let's ask for God to His greatest work in our lives and in our world.
I'm taking two flights over eight days.
Naturally, as someone who hates flying, I'm already having a wonderful time anticipating it all.
