And the 17th recipient of the MikeJY Holo Cat Shield Pin and newest member of the #HallOfVeeFam is... @JCourageFIT!!! Josh, AKA the Brave Bison, AKA the Gentle Giant, is a household name for all of us in the @veefriends community and his story in its entirety is beyond impressive. Josh was among the very first community members to start opening VeeFriends boxes live on stream, creating @thecourageshow as a place where collectors could come together, hang out, have some laughs, and get some incredible deals on cards. At VeeCon 2024, Josh was selected as a community speaker, and I have a vivid memory of sitting next to him and watching person after person approach him to share how much they enjoyed The Courage Show and how appreciative they were of everything he had done for the community. It was one of those moments that really demonstrated the impact someone can have simply by showing up consistently and creating a place where people feel welcome. On July 26, 2024, Josh made VeeFriends history by hosting the first-ever officially sanctioned VeeFriends TCG tournament. Josh also earned himself a permanent place in VeeFriends history through the 2024 Road to VeeCon pin collection. One of the pins featured a special Gulp design depicting a Brave Bison eating a Compassionate Catfish, forever documenting the connected journeys of Josh and fellow Hall of VeeFam inductee @TGer_01 . Not many people can say their story has been immortalized in an official VeeFriends collectible. In fact, I think only Josh and Tom have this honor currently. In 2025, Josh received another incredible honor when he was featured as a community sketch artist in the innaugural edition of VeeFriends @topps Chrome. Anyone who knows Josh knows that he has a particular affinity for the Brave Bison. That love of the Bison led to one of my favorite personal memories with Josh, when we completed one of the largest physical and digital trades in VeeFriends history. I traded Josh my Series 1 Hologram Brave Bison NFT in exchange for the 1/1 2023 Black Cat Gemstone Super Sticker and its accompanying pin. Two collectors getting their hands on pieces they absolutely loved, and a trade that I don't think either of us will ever forget. Josh was also instrumental in helping me host our big event at the 2025 National, where we opened a Series 1 box live and put together an absolutely crazy game show. We streamed for hours, doing our best to bring the excitement of the National to community members who couldn't be there in person. It was an incredibly memorable experience, and having Josh alongside me helped make it all possible. It was haphazard, stressful, I may have broken one of Josh's mics, but I wouldn't trade that memory for anything. Of course, no tribute to Josh would be complete without acknowledging one of his more questionable contributions to the community: his apparent obsession with filming his bare feet as he walks outside his house every morning. Josh, for the sake of your neighborhood, please consider putting on some shoes! 😂 All jokes aside, Josh is one of those people who represents so much of what makes this community special. He has dedicated countless hours to entertaining people, bringing collectors together, and helping build the VeeFriends brand through his passion and enthusiasm. Beyond all of his accomplishments, Josh is simply a genuinely good human being with a beautiful family, and I am incredibly fortunate to call him a friend. From the earliest days of streaming VeeFriends cards to becoming a community speaker, hosting the first-ever sanctioned TCG tournament, having his own Topps Chrome card, and helping create unforgettable experiences for others, Josh has left his mark on this community in so many ways. Josh, you are the seventeenth member of the #HallOfVeeFam! Congratulations!!! Special shoutout to @garyvee and @Rossmonkey95 for their help with the reveal video 💚🐈‍⬛

Hi 👋 Story time… So this past week we had the NSCC (National Sports Card Convention) aka for the VeeFriends out there, our VeeCon 🧤 And man… what a week!! The energy was amazing, but more than anything, it was just another reminder of what true community FEEEEELZ like. Saturday night, Mike and the To The Moon gang put together an event where we ripped 11 Series 1 boxes and vibed out. A good chunk of those were Mike’s personal boxes. The energy was off the charts. Gary and the team popped in, showed some love, and at some point during one of Mike’s boxes… Of course…He pulled a Rare 5555 Fan and Immediately shouted me out LOL 😂 and said he’d trade me the 5555 Fan for ANY Rare. The crazy part is, I’m across the room at a table trying to make a deal on some Steph manga stickers 😂 (hit me up if your letting those go - boxes) I heard my name, looked over, realized something was happening related to 5555, and all I can do is hold my 5555 Fan sign up and nod my head 😂 Savvy D and a bunch of the VeeFriends fam basically grab me to catch me up on what just happened and what Mike had offered. The veefam was ready and prepared to get that 5555 fan in my hands after they realized I didn’t have a rare on hand. Very humbling! And then… The legend himself, @SenorPantsNFT , steps up to the plate which he had been doing all week, and offered me one of his cards so I could make the trade with Mike. We made it happen. And here’s where it gets even better. The (VERY) Rare I traded Mike ended up being a card Josh Emmett had been chasing . I didn’t even get to chat it up with him, but Mike ended up giving THAT card to Josh!! Full circle ⭕️ HUGE shoutout to Mike. HUGE shoutout to Señor. And HUGE shoutout to the entire @veefriends community. That was awesome. Seriously. And now… The Rare series 1 5555 Fan has officially been welcomed home. 🪭❤️
