It’s been 10 days since the INITIATES mint and we want to take a moment to speak openly with the community. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working tirelessly to put the pieces back together and continue executing on the roadmap we originally planned. What happened with the mint was unfortunate and, honestly, something we did not account for. It forced us to step back, reassess, and restrategize. That process has taken more time than we anticipated. There was a lot we had planned for INITIATES holders especially those who have earned their place within The Sanctum. Some of those plans require resources, partnerships, development, and funding. Right now, resources are limited, and we’d rather take the time to build things properly than make promises we cannot immediately deliver. Why didn't we announce everything beforehand? Because we wanted genuine interest. We didn't want people entering INITIATES solely because of a list of promised utilities, incentives, or potential rewards. We wanted the people who believed in the art, the lore, the community, and what we were trying to build. That doesn't mean those plans disappeared. They haven't. INITIATES is not going anywhere. We don't know whether the next major milestone takes 1 day, 10 days, or longer. What we do know is that we're committed to making the work mean something beyond the initial mint. Regarding refunds We understand that everyone is trying to protect their bags. That's completely understandable. At the same time, we don't believe the situation can simply be reduced to whether the floor went up or down after mint. There are good investments and bad investments, and outcomes can always look very different in hindsight. If things had gone the other way, the conversation around INITIATES would probably be very different today. We still don't believe INITIATES is a bad investment or that its story has reached its conclusion. As for refund requests, we will address this properly and transparently. There is more to consider, and we'll communicate our position once we've worked through it. There is a lot more we need to address, and rather than trying to fit everything into one announcement, we'll be speaking about it directly with the community.
