すべての始まりは 指先に感じた ほんの小さな振動だった。 初めて買ったエレキギター。弦を弾いたとき驚いたのは、音の小ささだった。耳を澄ませなければ、エアコンの音にかき消されてしまうほどの大きさ。それでも手のひらには、弦が震えていることが確かに伝わってくる。 そのわずかな振動をピックアップが電気信号に変える。ケーブルを通ってアンプへ送られた信号は、そこで増幅され、さっきまで手元にしかなかった震えが部屋いっぱいを揺らすほどの音になって返ってくる。   僕の始まりも小さな振動だ。 肺から息を出し、その息が声帯を震わせて声になる。喉の奥で生まれた、かすかな震え。マイクを通して、ケーブルを通って、インターネットを通して、人から人へと伝わっていく。6畳の部屋で生まれた誰にも聞こえないくらいの衝動が、いつの間にか想像していなかったほどに遠くまで届いていた。今も、あの日と変わらず小さな振動を持っている。 その揺れを、ギターの音に合わせてアンプを選ぶように、そのときの感情に合う表現を選び、何倍にも増幅させる。音楽は振動だ。 弦を震わせ 声帯を震わせて その先にいる誰かの心を震わせたい。 - Everything began with the vibration I felt at my fingertips. This is my first electric guitar. What surprised me when I plucked the strings was how quiet the sound was. It was so soft that, unless I listened carefully, it would be drowned out by the sound of the air conditioner. Even so, I could clearly feel in the palm of my hand that the strings were vibrating. The pickup turns that slight vibration into an electrical signal. The signal travels through a cable to the amplifier, and the vibration comes back as a sound powerful enough to shake the whole room. My beginning, too, was a small vibration. I breathe out from my lungs, and that breath makes my vocal cords vibrate and becomes a voice. A faint vibration born deep in my throat. Through a microphone, through a cable, through the internet, it travels from person to person. An impulse born in a small room, so quiet that no one could hear it, somehow reached farther than I had ever imagined. Even now, I still carry the same small vibration I had that day. Just as you choose an amplifier to suit the sound of a guitar, I choose the form of expression that suits what I am feeling at that moment, and amplify that vibration many times over. Music is vibration. I want to make the strings vibrate, make my vocal cords vibrate, and make the heart of someone on the other side. #imase20260904 #imase
