When a Nashville @Airbnb figures out that they are violating @MetroCodes regulations. Second photo was screenshotted yesterday, first one today. Why would a property need 18 beds if it only sleeps 12...or is it intentionally breaking city regulations & @AirbnbHelp doesn't care?
18 hours since this message @AirbnbHelp , a day after your first message to me, no call from Airbnb, no resolution, we have just spent 20 minutes trying to get a human being on the phone, this is absurd.

Still no word from @AirbnbHelp regarding the "luxury" home we rented this past weekend from them. Aside from the safety issues, the misrepresentation issues, here's some of what @Airbnb seems to think is CLEAN. They have not refunded our **$389** cleaning fee.
Has @AirbnbHelp gotten back to me about their UNSAFE and INACCURATE property yet? Nope. So I'll just keep posting proof of what @Airbnb thinks is worth $1,324 per night until they rectify the situation.
No lights in a bathroom and a sink that doesn't drain, this is "luxury"?
Pretty sure @MetroCodes say no more than 12 people allowed per property, yet this place is cramming 18 people in a 4br. Does @AirbnbHelp care? Nope. Prob. bc the host's adjoining places sleep 19 & 21! 58 people on one (undisclosed that it's shared) rooftop is safe @airbnb?
Might want to make sure they don't host a guest who is a compliant host in another part of TN who knows TN fire laws (yeah @metrocodes, no sprinklers in this @airbnb @AirbnbHelp, no fire extinguishers, and that rooftop is FULL of tripping hazards and loose boards.)
Spent more than $5K on a weekend @Airbnb. What a NIGHTMARE. Spent hours communicating with @AirbnbHelp just to get bounced from person to person. Undisclosed cameras (at least FIVE), shared spaces that weren't advertised as shared, a dirty and broken down and unsafe place.
My sister has requested that @Airbnbhelp call her, repeatedly, and they continue to not bother. They just send canned messages. Bottom line: they don't care about scamming their guests and their TOS apparently doesn't apply to anything.
What kind of human being knocks on a locked door for a solid five minutes, clearly can’t take a hint so is told to go away, and responds with, “I wasn’t even sure you were in there.”

Leave it to my brother to send me into an emotional tailspin because our grandmother was my best friend and holds queen status in my mind & there has never been anyone who has come close to her and really she didn’t do anything special she was just a good human. 😭😭😭@ericjgrimm
