Making 3D assets with @Blender has been something I wanted to do for so long and I finally figured it out with an agent factory! Here are the steps I set up your own within @antigravity
1. Draw 4 Angles (Concept Artist): Turn 1 image into a clean Front / Side / Back / Top sheet on plain grey.
2. Build the 3D Shape (3D Sculptor): Fuse all 4 views into a 3D model.
3. Smooth & Shadow (Headless @Blender): Sand down the rough AI mesh and bake real shadows into the crevices.
4. Paint & Outline (Painter): Add sharp gradients, glowing eyes, and tapered comic ink lines.
5. Add Bones & Behavior (Puppeteer): Isolate every leg and claw so it can walk, dance, and tilt its head without stretching.
6. Test on a Blank Stage (QA Inspector): Score a 360° spin against the original art, then test every move on an isolated stage before dropping it into the game.
Once it works once, /learn locks the whole pipeline into a reusable skill.
Introducing Pokejam, a mash up of two of my favorite games, Pokemon and NBA Jam. You can even play it with a Nintendo switch controller! The Pokemon stats influence their skills along with how well they match up against opponents. I also enjoy the custom game dialogue, like instead of boom shakalaka. It’s pi-shakalaka!

We’re rolling out Gemini 4 Argon in Antigravity to paid Google AI Pro subscribers today. Demand has been incredible and we've scaled capacity deliberately to get here. We’ve rolled out a separate weekly-only Argon quota for Pro on top of the existing Gemini bucket for 3.8 Flash so you have the best of Gemini for all your tasks.
I sat down with Nick as we were working on localization. He mentioned this typically takes weeks. The next day, he told me his agents ran overnight and translated everything. We immediately understood the magic that was in front of us. Glad we got to tell this story of Gemini 4 Argon + @antigravity
Happy Gemini 4 Argon day!
Gemini 4 Argon is here! It is our frontier model built for complex workflows across real-world software engineering, tested across Google's own codebases on real production challenges. There, we have seen an improvement in both developer velocity, with a 35% increase in agentic code, and code quality, with a 30% decrease in post-submit rollbacks.
Rolling out now to Google AI Ultra subscribers, try it in the Antigravity app and the Antigravity CLI. Get inspired with what you can build today ↓
A few years ago, I took my first intro to coding class at Berkeley. AI agents didn’t exist yet. Learning how to code was hard. Some may wonder what’s the point of learning it if there’s AI now? Because building without the intuition developed on how to build will become your ceiling. Form your own opinions. Insert your world views. Plant your stake in the ground.
What are your favorite resources you refer for game development? Skills? Mental models? Game theory? Graphics?
After vibe coding 3d games, I have a ton of respect for game developers before agentic coding existed. The level of detail needed is phenomenal.
Words I regularly hear while working in tech that aren’t used by most people. What else?
-step change
-deprecated
-sunsetting
-forcing function
-runway
-paradigm shift
-agent loops, graphs, factory
A friend asked me today where I would live if it was outside of California and I said Japan. I love this.

lol, get that we’re getting memed for this but a bit of context.
We added planning mode in 2025 and deleted it from the product earlier this year. Users wanted a way to explicitly plan with the model so we added this opt in slash command.
Understood that the timing couldn’t be worse since it appears like we’re adding this for the first time. Have a great weekend folks, lots more to come in the coming weeks!
Antigravity 2.0 now features a dedicated planning mode, just like the Antigravity CLI.
Type /plan and the agent steps back to think through the task, and conduct extensive research, before generating an implementation plan for your review. The agent will ask for your approval before it begins executing on the task.
You can also ask for a plan naturally in your prompt, for a lighter version of a plan.
Wrapped up the Build with Gemini @xprize, the biggest hackathon I’ve ever worked on. $2M in total cash prizes! This team was incredible. They used @antigravity + Gemini to build the Taskrabbit for Nigeria. They identified that a majority of the Nigerian population functions as informal artisans. They built a 2 sided marketplace so customers with a need could connect with the right artisans. As a result, of users leveraging their platform for payments, these people begin to formally strengthen their financial identity and credit worthiness. And they have real customers! All built in less than 90 days. If you built something incredible with @antigravity, I would love to share it!
I’m back to my old stomping grounds, LA, where agents mean a completely different thing. See yall at Moonshots Live for the finale of the Build With Gemini @xprize competition! These projects got me hyped!
Lots of 3d demos out there, but what I want to see is something that’s super boring, but super magical. Please share if you find it.

Run open models like Gemma 4 completely offline in the Antigravity SDK.
Built on Google AI Edge’s LiteRT, you can now run Gemma 4 directly on your local GPU. Zero API costs, total data privacy, and no internet required.
Built this playable world in WebGL using Three.js. You can sail the Grand Line, the most treacherous sea from One Piece, right in your browser. Every ship, whale, and sea monster is drawn live in code using pure line sketches. You can captain your ship through dynamic ocean waves as you fend off the navy that’s right on your tail.
Techy cheat sheet
-Procedural 3D WebGL geometry generated entirely in code with zero 3D asset files to download
-Inverted-hull backface rendering creates bold cartoon ink outlines from any 3D camera angle
-Vector wireframe rings and pencil cross-hatching mapped directly to meshes for a hand-drawn manga look
-14 FPS line boil vertex jitter simulates authentic flipbook animation inside a smooth 60 FPS engine
-Parabolic ballistics physics engine with gravity, velocity arcs, and collision detection for naval artillery
-Non-linear joystick steering with spring return-to-center physics to eliminate boat spin-outs
-Autonomous companion AI steering behaviors for the Kuja flagship escort and 50m whale Laboon-
Clean responsive mobile UI with slide-out drawer, single-row health bars, and thumb-zone controls
Made with @antigravity + Gemini 3.8 Flash. Thanks @rodydavis for helping me set up tailscale on my local machine and phone. With tailscale, you can see the browser on your phone with Antigravity's remote conttrol feature. If you don't have the ability to do that, you can ask for screenshots of your work to be sent.
