Fantastic to be at the #diamondleague meeting to see Noah Lyles hit 9.81secs in the 100m
Enjoyed the stillness of St Michael’s, Broome while walking part of the @ViaBeata. Great to hear about the impact of the Earsham Benefice team in the communities of this lovely part of south Norfolk. @DioceseNorwich

We did it! We managed to get round the @SierraLeoneMara half marathon in crazy temperatures to support life transforming work in this wonderful country.
Thanks to all those who’ve donated, you still can make a difference here: justgiving.com/team/norfolk-…
Final briefing for the @SierraLeoneMara in the morning, reminder it will feel like 40 degree+ so stay hydrated. Nerves are kicking in now and 3am wake up awaits…

Completed our final long training run with 13.2 miles around lovely Norfolk countryside. Just a little colder than the 30 degrees it will be on race day on 5th May!
There’s still time to support Street Child so please send a donation their way:

I’ve heard one of the contributors is Anna Sweeting so even more reason to attend…
Join us on 7 May where we will be understanding and demystifying food choices. The aim is to inform, equip and inspire us to think through the sections of @ARochaUK Eco Church survey relating to food choices. Open discussion and questions invited!
