❤️Support for life, if needed…
From an IPF Member’s perspective, a reassuring aspect of @RFU Injured Player Foundation support after sustaining a catastrophic injury is knowing that that support is available for them and their family for life, if needed.

These were the days when the world not only had respect for a U.S. president, they loved him as much as America did.
His representation of his country on the world stage was NEVER viewed as it is by a man now viewed as the global village idiot.
His name appears ZERO times in the Epstein files. He never needed to praise himself once, name a road or a building after him. He never sued the DOJ or filed malicious law suits against those who disagreed with or criticised him, because real men can take criticism.
He didn’t pretend to have a healthcare plan, he passed one into law. He never mocked disabled people or asked not to be seen with service members who had lost limbs in service of this nation, neither did he call those who fought and died for this nation ‘suckers and losers’
He won an ACTUAL Nobel Peace Prize and didn’t have to make up numbers for how many people attended his inauguration. He needed no monuments to his presidency because he had absolutely nothing to prove.
He served his nation with honour dignity and respect, the same respect he afforded America’s allies. He did not run an international extortion gang from the Oval Office and certainly didn’t send masked thugs into red state communities to brutalise them in order to instil fear.
He rebuilt a broken economy after the housing crash he faced in the year he was elected, handing off a growing economy when he left office in 2016.
He never stole money from low and middle income workers to hand tax cuts to the rich, while setting up a crypto bribe pipeline.
His speeches will go down in history as rhetorical masterpieces, with joined up coherent sentences and punctuation.
He never once felt the need to post an inflammatory vile and disgusting video about ANYONE, because he is a good and honest man, who remains to this day a beloved statesman and a man Donald J Trump will never be, even in a tan suit.

BREAKING: Pope Leo's hometown cardinal shreds the Trump administration for lying about the murder of Alex Pretti, says that their smear campaign "flies in the face of what our eyes told us."
The Catholic Church is waging all-out holy war against MAGA...
"You have long been an advocate for immigrants' rights. What is your reaction to what we have seen from federal agents and the Department of Homeland Security in just the last few days alone?" Stephanie Ruhle asked Cardinal Blase Cupich of Chicago during his appearance on MS NOW.
"It's clear that we need to return to the understanding of what human dignity is about. People have to be treated in humane way," said Cupich. "Name-calling, referring to people as vermin or animals, garbage, really puts us in a very difficult position in this country because it's based on an understanding that each and every human being had dignity."
Cupich appeared to be referring directly to Trump's horrific rhetoric. The president has called Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, a Somali immigrant and Muslim woman, "garbage" and attacked "radical left thugs that live like vermin."
"And so we're going down a path in many ways is a far distance from who we should be and claim to be as a nation in the world," Cupich added.
Ruhle than asked the cardinal what it "does to a nation" when "people in positions of authority" including the president use such "dehumanizing" rhetoric.
"Well I can tell you what it has done in the past..." said Cupich. "You know today we mark Holocaust Remembrance Day and it's important to recall the terrible tragedy that happened to the many people who were killed simply because of their faith and their traditions."
"The Holocaust didn’t begin when they opened concentration camps. It began with words,” he continued. "And I think that we have to keep that in mind and learn from history that words do matter. And so it is important to call people out."
"The Holy Father Pope Leo said something really very instructive for us in these days. He said that the real crisis we're facing is one of relativism, where we reduce the truth to an opinion, or alternative facts," said the cardinal, referencing to Kellyanne Conway's infamous MAGA slogan from the first Trump presidency.
"And I think that we need to lean into that insight as well because we saw actually what happened and yet there's a narrative out there that's trying to be marketed to the American people that flies in the face of what our eyes told us," he added.
While he didn't mention Pretti by name, it's clear that he was referring to the avalanche of lies that Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem unleashed in the days after his murder. They labeled him a "domestic terrorist" and falsely accused him of plotting to "massacre" law enforcement officers.
This is what every true Christian needs to be doing right now: calling out the lies, demanding compassion, and fighting back against this fascist hate campaign from the White House .
Please ❤️ and share to thank Cardinal Cupich for speaking out!

🇺🇦 A Ukrainian boy walking alone down a road, crying, trying to escape the war. Keep that image in your head the next time you blame Ukraine for what Russia started.
That is the backdrop. That is the context. And yes, it is against this backdrop we judge you as a human being.

“Let's start with the most important. What does Ukraine want? Peace? Yes. At any cost? No. We want the war to end, - but not Ukraine. Are we tired? Very much so. Does this mean we're ready to surrender? Anyone who thinks that is deeply mistaken. They clearly still don't understand who Ukrainians are after all these years. A people enduring 1,407 days of full-scale war. Just consider those numbers. That's longer than Nazi occupation of many cities in World War II. 1,407 days of undefeated Ukraine, spending nights in shelters, fighting daily, often without electricity or sleep, many days at the frontlines. But always without panic, chaos, or division - united for peace. Do we want the war to end? Absolutely. Why hasn't this happened yet? The answer lies with our neighbor. Can Russia end the war? Yes. Do they want to? No.” - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his New Year’s address, Wed, Dec 31, 2025

A new mural has appeared in Ternopil, dedicated to children killed in Russia’s attack.
The artwork, showing a child shielding her toys from a Russian missile, was created by artist Andriy Yermolenko. He described it as “a cry for help to the global community.”
“The girl protecting her toys — that’s all she has. This is my cry for help. As an artist, I can speak about it through my work.”
On November 19, six children were killed in the Russian strike on Ternopil.

We need to break the stigma around talking about mental health. Mental health conditions aren't "simple things" that people can get over.
We can only achieve this by continuing to educate others, increase understanding and by encouraging empathy.

During Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month, we’re keen to play our part in raising awareness.
Please do give these brilliant organisations @SpinalResearch @spinalinjuries @backuptrust a follow to understand more about #spinalcordinjury (SCI) and the importance of research, support and advocacy for those affected by SCI.
Throughout September, we will share stories of IPF Members who live with SCIs and who continue to inspire us, and others, on a daily basis.
We will also take a deeper look at research projects the IPF fund to learn how the lives of people with spinal cord injuries can be improved and how we can reduce the risk of SCIs occurring in rugby.
