Biphobia/hostility, transphobia/hostility, and homophobia/hostility in the Black community is the result of cishet Black folks' delusional belief that they have a right to the privileges and advantages of cisheteropatriarchy despite the fact that we're colonized people in racism.
Here's my thing. I get being upset that some things that would make gameplay better didn't get addressed, but the game is meant to challenge the players. People got addicted to wiping the screen without having to think through their strategies. Diablo 4 makes you work for it.

The first major friction point on the way to a well functioning team?
Communication.
Without effective communication, any friction in culture, workflows, roles, hierarchy, incentives etc. can't be detected or resolved.
It's the smallest and biggest thing.

If higher education isn’t free, it’s just a system of gatekeeping and meritocracy to keep poor people poor. Also, College education does make people leftists or cause them to vote in the interest of marginalized communities.
