You can create a WS server without durable object persistence: tinybase.org/api/synchronize… - and then have a PG persister (on the server) passed in via the second parameter.

👀 TinyJoin was already smaller than SQLite and PGlite.
But is now also FASTER than both of them on 20 varied benchmarks.
And still only at v0.6.0. – at Vanuatu

yes, eg PGlite is really fast on deletion. SQLite is fast on updates.
Full data is here: tinyjoin.org/guides/benchmar…
And finally, a heads up: v10 removes the CR-SQLite, sqlite3 & ElectricSQL Persisters, and LibSqlPersister now needs libsql/client v0.18+. Details and migration paths in the release notes.
npm install tinybase@latest
or
npm create tinybase@latest
Enjoy!
For coding agents: the build-with-tinybase skill now ships inside the npm package, and the repo is a Claude Code plugin:
/plugin marketplace add tinyplex/tinybase
/plugin install tinybase@tinybase
TinyJoin is a tiny, worker-first relational database for the browser. The new TinyJoinPersister saves a TinyBase Store into it, in JSON or tabular form, and follows @TinyJoin's own table subscriptions rather than polling.

The new MsSqlPersister works with SQL Server, Azure SQL Database & Azure SQL Managed Instance. Bring your own mssql pool, so passwordless Azure auth just works.
Huge thanks to Peter Skoglund for building it! 🙏

🎉 TinyBase v10! The one with SQL Server & TinyJoin:
- 🗄️ SQL Server & Azure SQL, with passwordless auth
- 🧮 TinyJoin: a relational database that runs entirely in the browser
- 🤖 The agent skill now ships in the package

Welcome to the newest member of the family.
And with the latest TinyBase v10 beta release you can start persisting to it today!

👋 Say hello to @TinyJoin, a tiny relational database for browser apps.
Built in Rust, and hosted as WASM on a worker thread, it's designed for rich local-first apps - and to challenge a few of the web's dated architectural assumptions.
`npm create tinyjoin@latest` to give it a test drive. And tinyjoin.org for more info.

GitHub issues! But 10.0 will have a little surprise in it ;)
🎉 TinyBase v9.7 - the one with node:sqlite!
A new Persister for Node's built-in SQLlite - giving you server-side persistence without dependencies.
For those counting, that's 28 Persisters now... 🤯

🎉 TinyBase v9.6 is out: "The one with more persisters".
We've added four new persisters - pg, @supabase, better-sqlite3 and @capacitorjs SQLite - bringing the total to 27. And MergeableStore CRDTs now persist to IndexedDB.
Check it out at tinybase.org/guides/releases… & enjoy!
Thank you to Fastrepl for sponsoring TinyBase. Commitments like this make it all worthwhile.
Check out some of cool projects they’re building at fastrepl.com
Thanks team!
We're getting our next release ready, with support for @supabase, @capacitorjs, and the `pg` and `better-sqlite3` clients for Node.
And for the local-first sync fans, IndexedDb can now be used to persist TinyBase's natively mergeable stores.
Please kick the tires on the beta channel! beta.tinybase.org/guides/rel…
