Putin is not a "humanitarian."
Putin is a killer.
Trump's pivot to help him and abandon Ukrainians is one of the worst U.S. policy decisions ever.
It needs to be reversed.

“I would like someone to explain to me how one should react to the killing of several dozen passengers at a railway station in Dnipro. How does one react politely to the bombing of cities, to the use of ballistic missiles against thermal power plants? How is one supposed not to protest against this aggressive war, which has already claimed over a million lives?”

Wait till you find out Plamondon met with the fraudsters behind the “Alberta Prosperity Project” (Jeff Rath, Mitch Sylvestre and all) over a year ago in Calgary and pledged his support and recognition of the “APP”. At the time, Plamondon wasn’t the Premier, the PQ only had 3 seats.
If it feels odd why he would go meet a few lunatics from Alberta who are not elected nor do they speak for the government, know that the Montreal Gazette found out just before the election Plamondon was hiding his contact and planned meeting with the Trump administration. It nearly sank him on the election day but unfortunately the news broke after the advanced polls ended (about 1/3 of all votes). But we could see a big gap in terms of the votes cast on election day vs advanced polls, the before and after was unmistakable.
Then yesterday, his government nominated a MAGA Trumpster to head his version of Québec DOGE, Elon Musk style. More than that she was amplifying Putin’s propaganda every chance she got. So here we are, an important position in the Québec Government is being taken up by an unelected Trump loving Putin propaganda influencer. To say Quebec politics is in a state of upheaval would be a monumental understatement.

Moser: I was actually laughing... A recently founded settler colony, Israel, which was founded in living memory... ranting at an Iranian, saying that his country is fake, Iran, one of the most ancient countries in the world.

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026)
Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.
His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen.

Things the premier of Quebec is responsible for: hospitals, roads, electricity, education, natural resources, language, police. Things the premier of Quebec is not responsible for: international relations.

.@DanielleSmith was never in any form of contact with me.
However, what prompted me to file my petition still under the old rules, was a call (leak) from a UCP minister, divulging that Smith was plotting a relaxation of rules for separatists. I had to beat them to the punch.
WOW!
Jeff Rath posted text messages that he alleges are from Danielle Smith!
These texts seem to show her coordinating with the separatists to launch their original question, though Rath claims he took them as her coordinating with @LukaszukAB !

Thank you, Emmanuel, for your condolences. Unfortunately, the death toll from the Russian strike on a commuter train in Dnipro has already risen to 14. And just a few hours ago, the Russians struck a residential neighborhood in Chernihiv with a drone and killed two girls. They were only 15 years old. In Kremenchuk, a Russian “shahed” struck an apartment building. Tragically, three people were killed. My condolences to all those who lost their loved ones. In these three attacks alone, 56 people have been reported injured, including 10 children.
These are deliberate strikes against civilians, brazen in their cruelty, and the Russians are carrying them out right as the humanitarian operation in Oleshky is unfolding. Russia’s signals are clear – they want the war to continue, and everyone around the world must still work very hard to achieve major de-escalation through strong steps and appropriate pressure on the aggressor.
Peace is needed – and for that to happen, Russia must end its war and terror.
