Honored to be featured by @StanfordOnline for applying a human-centered approach to AI. This isn't just about technology—it's about ensuring AI serves people ethically, responsibly, and with purpose. Grateful for the opportunity to bring those principles into public service at the @RockfordHousing. Damn... this story hits heavy. She asked him to stop initiating, he actually listened for *sixteen months*, no pressure, no sneaking, nothing. And then one day he’s like “yeah I’m done living like roommates.” The quiet part is what gets me. He wasn’t yelling or cheating or making threats. He just slowly checked out while still showing up for the kid and the laundry. That’s the scary part is when the fighting stops because one person already left in their head. Sixteen months of “I’ll tell you when I’m ready” with no timeline is a long time to keep hoping the connection comes back. You can’t take one of the biggest parts of marriage off the table indefinitely and act surprised when the other person eventually walks. Painful story. Real one though.

Cam Newton and Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell spark a FIERY debate over whether homosexuals can make it to heaven, as Mitchell claims practicing homosexuals won't inherit God's kingdom without repentance, while insisting believers can struggle with homosexual desires for life without sinning, as long as they never act on them. "If a homosexual repents of their sin, places their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, is filled with the Holy Spirit and turns from their sin, that former homosexual will be able to make it to glory... I cannot force them to be heterosexual if they're struggling with the urge. My job is to teach them the scriptures and help them to live a life of holiness before God. They may have that urge for the rest of their life, but if they don't act on it, they don't sin before God... In the scriptures, there are a list of practices in which God says anybody who indulges in these things will not inherit the kingdom of God….Homosexuality is on that list... Our passageway to glory is not morality. It is salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ, and there are former murderers there and former lustful people there. Anything you can name on this earth that is vile, those people are represented in glory because they have confessed their sins”

Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry. He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say. Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all. His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear. Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content. His entire formula fits on a napkin. Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant. That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped. "If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius." That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying. Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority. The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years. Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since. The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

Prepare yourself. You will soon see evidence of the increase and favor of God. It’s coming because of your growth and pursuit, because of your continuity and praise! Mark that down — your faithfulness is bringing fruitfulness and it’s going to be SO MUCH MORE than you think. Hallelujah! In the mighty name of Jesus Christ our King. • Ephesians 3:20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
