Bill Maher and Coleman Hughes finish each other's sentences for 3 minutes straight as they lay out how teachers' unions wrecked public education. The MS NOW host thought she could sit this one out quietly. Then Maher turned and lobbed a grenade right at her. MAHER: "The reason why they don't know that socialism didn't work... is because NOBODY taught them in school." HUGHES: "A lot of kids go to underperforming public schools, which is our euphemism for government-funded daycare centers with occasional school-like activities." MAHER: "I knew they weren't learning anything, but like you said, it's like a daycare center and not a good one." HUGHES: "And I think people on the left want to blame funding because that's the easy issue. But the truth is, this school was well funded. You know, it's 50,000 per pupil at this school. The problem isn't the funding. It's that you can't fire anyone bad." MAHER: "Yes.... The problem is the union, the teachers union, is too powerful. We've seen it in results in states where the union is less powerful, the schools do better." HUGHES: "I call it the chalkboard mafia." MAHER: "The problem, the unions protect bad schools and bad teachers, and the party protects the union. It's almost impossible in a lot of these cities to fire a teacher. I mean literally like you could sell drugs to a kid and it's got to be two offenses before we get—" HUGHES: "It wasn't that long ago that the unions lobbied for a law in New York State to ban even collecting data that you would use to assess which teachers are better than others. You can't even get the data. So obviously the teachers union serves the teachers, they don't serve the students, and if you're a Democrat or any American that's serious about public school reform, you have to challenge the teachers union, period." MAHER: "And I think in this school, where they were learning nothing with no supervision and absentee principals and teachers, I think spending 50,000 dollars per year per student, it's not money. That's what you always hear from the left. 'Oh, it's underfunded.' It's not the funding. The funding isn't the issue." HUGHES: "No, it hasn't been for a very long time." MAHER: "I think this is the kind of thing I will NEVER hear on MS NOW." ALI VITALI: "I think you hear a lot of perspectives on MS NOW." MAHER: "I don't ever hear that one." CONTEXT: Maher and Hughes aren't making this up. On the latest Nation's Report Card, high school seniors posted the lowest reading and math scores ever recorded on the test. And getting rid of bad teachers is nearly impossible. Federal survey data shows the average school district dismissed just 0.2 tenured teachers for poor performance in a year. That's roughly 1 in 500. Meanwhile, students do better long-term in states where unions have less power. A 2019 study in the American Economic Journal found that boys who went to school in states that forced districts to bargain with teachers' unions went on to earn about $2,100 LESS per year as adults compared to boys in states without those laws. If a business failed this badly, someone would get fired. As Hughes put it: "The teachers union serves the teachers; they don't serve the students."

Someone shared this on FB and it is too POWERFUL not to share: I was a Democrat for 40 years. I still hold the same values...equal rights and women's rights (including pro-choice). I am spiritual but do not attend church. So don't come at me with your holier than thou, self-righteous, smug blue wave Bull Shit! You just elected a drunk ass woman in Ohio! You elected a dude in Texas that cares way more for transgenders than women's rights, says God is non binary and he don't eat meat!! In Texas!! You elected nine more Muslims and one of them turned the American flag upside down in her office on Wednesday morning! The Muslims have an agenda. To take over the world and convert it to Islam. They have taken over European countries. London is gone as we knew it. Stop pretending that all of this shit is not happening in our beloved America cuz it is and it is happening NOW! Your beautiful blue wave will become a huge black hole in just a few short years all because, in the name of kindness, acceptance and anti-racism, you invited evil here. They are taking over our cities (already have NYC and Dearborn Michigan), converting as many as they can, chanting in the streets "Death to America". They will destroy Christianity. They will take everything you have worked so hard for all your lives. They will beat and rape our women. They will marry our 9 year old granddaughters!! You Democrats need to come up with another name for your party cuz it sure isn't anything like the Democrat party I grew up with! For the last 10 years it's been like a game for you trying to get rid of bad orange man. You stand for nothing else of value and your obsession with the word "racism" has brought in evil doers from across the globe. You even became enraged when boats full of drugs coming into our country were destroyed as you laid to rest your own loved ones who died of fentanyl poisoning! You act like protecting America is a sin!! YOU MAKE NO SENSE! God help us all!!

Stephen Miller was born for the Chief of Staff role. This is genuinely one of the greatest interviews I've ever watched in my life. CNN’s Jake Tapper came in with a “gotcha” question on illegal immigration, and Miller didn’t flinch and even offered to stay 30 MINUTES to walk Tapper through it. Tapper: How are you going to avoid deporting illegal immigrants working in agriculture? Miller: “Only 1% of alien workers in the entire country work in agriculture. The top destinations for illegal aliens are large cities like New York, like Los Angeles...” Tapper: “You’re kinda changing this subject.” Miller: “Give me 30 minutes, I’ll go as deep as you want!”

Milton Friedman explains why blaming businesses and workers for economic crises often misses the bigger picture. “The Great Depression was not produced by a failure of business. On the contrary, it was produced by a failure of government.” He also warned that the Federal Reserve could repeat its mistakes in a different form, shifting from depression to inflation. A powerful reminder of Friedman’s views on monetary policy, government accountability, and the consequences of economic mismanagement.

BREAKING: Ron Baron calls Elon Musk a “once in a lifetime person” who builds businesses no one else can. • Baron says Musk is probably the only person in America who can build at that scale and at attractive prices. • He points to Terafab as an example of Musk’s push to make more chips in the U.S. • He calls Musk “the biggest job creator in the country.” • He praises Musk’s work ethic, saying he puts in long hours on just four or five hours of sleep a night.

California resident is furious because she knows that California Democrats are stealing their elections “I don't believe Xavier Becerra won, and I'll go to my grave with that. And it's not just because of the vibe, but it's because of the voters — I don't think we're voting for this. I don't. I live here. I see the degradation every day. I don't think we're voting for this. Somebody might be voting, but those somebodies are not us. So somebody might be voting and somebody might be voting a few times. Right? It's not just that we're a blue state and it's blue no matter who. That's not it. I don't believe that people are going to respond to a candidate that doesn't campaign. There's cheating there. None of these people campaign, and it should disturb everybody that they don't have to earn votes anymore. They're so confident — we might as well never run another election in California. That's where we're heading” There is literally zero chance California elections are anything but fraud You don’t mandate universal mail in ballots, make ballot harvesting legal, make Voter ID illegal and not verify citizenship when voting on accident I would bet literally anything, California elections are ALL fraud

.@VDHanson just laid out an economic reality that completely blew my mind, and it exposes the biggest messaging failure leading up to the midterms. While we were all fighting over the races, an economic boom was emerging right under our noses: “165,000 new jobs were just announced and they were saying 45 a month ago. The poverty rate was at an all-time low at 10.5. The per capita family income is $87,000, a new record. The GDP was just revised at 3.4, and the Atlanta Fed said it’ll be 5 by the end of the year. Nobody’s talking; we’re just fighting, and we are in the midst of a boom that is emerging. And I look back at 2022 when the red wave dissipated, and why did the blue wave not? So I compared the data. The stock market, at least until yesterday, was 20,000 points higher now than when Biden stopped the red wave. And income is $14,000 higher than it was just four years ago. So then people say, ‘It’s inflation. It’s gas.’ Well, no, it isn’t, because that was a 9.1 record inflation year in 2022. And gas on election day was somewhere between $3.95 and $4.05… It’s $4.06 today. So what I’m getting at, the economy was a wreck. The GDP was lower, the inflation was three times higher, the gas was about the same, people were furious… what was the difference?”

DSA leader Megan Romer has NO answer when Fox News’s Martha MacCallum asks where the $49 TRILLION for her socialist agenda is coming from. Romer calls the number “made-up.” Then MacCallum what HER number is, and it gets embarrassing fast. MACCALLUM: “That’s $350,000 per household. Cancelling student debt, open borders and amnesty, Medicare for All. How are you going to pay for that?” ROMER: “Yeah, I mean, we understand that the White House, who does not like us very much, managed to come up with some math that made us look bad.” MACCALLUM: “So that’s $47.4 trillion, Medicare for All.” ROMER: “Yeah, it’s a made up number.” MACCALLUM: “You say it’s a made up number, but it was done by economists. Your number versus their number.” So MacCallum throws her a lifeline. MACCALLUM: “What’s your number when you add up everything on that list? What number did you come up with?” ROMER: “There’s no like, one solid number because it depends on what pieces we can build in the meantime.” MACCALLUM: “So just give me a basic number for your wish list.” ROMER: “That number is outrageous.” MACCALLUM: “What’s your number for your wish list?” ROMER: “That number is ridiculous ... I’m not going to give you a solid number. That’s not what I’m here to do.” The number isn’t just coming from White House economists. Cato ran the DSA platform and found that confiscating the entire net worth of the 400 richest Americans, all $6.6 trillion of it, covers about 9% of the bill. Take every dollar of corporate profit on top of that and they’re still $29 trillion short. Romer is more than happy to explain how she’ll take money from the “billionaire class” and hand it to the working class. But ask how much it costs, or how she’ll actually pay for everything, and her entire argument collapses. CONTEXT: The DSA’s own estimate for its billionaire wealth tax is $3.9 trillion over ten years. The agenda costs $49 trillion. Even by their math, the billionaires cover 8 cents of every dollar.

🚨 WOW! Elon Musk FIRES BACK at every Senate and House Democrat planning to target him, saying he will GLADLY cancel any government contract — he doesn't NEED them anyway "SpaceX contracts with the government are BOTH the best product AND the lowest price! Moreover government revenue will be less than 10% of SpaceX revenue this quarter and less then 5% a year from now. Happy to cancel any that the government doesn’t want. Just say the word!" Honestly, pushing away Elon Musk is a HORRIBLE move from Dems! His products are incredible and benefit America 🇺🇸
