73 balls. London. One golden moment.
We drove the balls representing Harry Kane’s goals for club and country to London, gifting them to former teammates, people from his hometown, and the places that shaped his journey – from the streets where he grew up to his former clubs, as well as the heart of London City.
All leading up to one golden moment last night.
Harry, we’re incredibly proud of you. Here’s to everything we’ve achieved together – and everything still to come. ❤️🤍

This weekend marks one year since the passing of Matt Beard.
Matt made a significant contribution to the women’s game, leaving a lasting impact on players, coaches, colleagues, and everyone who had the opportunity to know and work with him.
To recognise Matt’s legacy, we invite supporters to show their appreciation and celebrate his life by leading a round of applause during the 13th minute of Barclays Women’s Super League and Women’s Super League 2 fixtures this weekend.
The 13th minute acknowledges 2013, a landmark year for Matt when he guided Liverpool WFC to the WSL title and was named the league’s Manager of the Year.
Some clubs will also lead tributes for Matt with a minute of applause pre-game.
If you or a loved one are struggling, call Samaritans on 116 123 anytime, text SHOUT to 85258 or call 111 and ask for your local mental health team.
ALT A close-up portrait graphic of Liverpool manager Matt Beard. He is captured smiling broadly, looking upwards and off-camera to the left with a cheerful expression. He is wearing a dark black, zipped-up hooded sports jacket with thin grey piping and a dark olive green layer visible at the collar. A black beaded lanyard or cord hangs down his right side. The background is a dark, heavily blurred stadium environment with faint hints of red. At the bottom centre of the image, the white Barclays WSL logo is displayed.
Any plans to change it @49ers ? 👀
A news anchor in Australia had an all-time slip up when talking about the Rams-49ers NFL game in Melbourne 😂
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is an old clip, not from the 2026 Melbourne game. Australian anchors Allison Langdon and Karl Stefanovic made this slip discussing a Rams-49ers game played "in America," and Yahoo Lifestyle Australia reported it years before Melbourne hosted an NFL game. au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/todays-allison… amp.nfl.com/news/49ers-to-…

👀This isn’t an update. It’s a new chapter. We’ve been building something in silence. Now it’s time to make some noise…
