These shoes are awesome. Highly recommend. My gait is better, have not had back pain in awhile. Had three pairs for over a year and still in great condition. One for running, one for other workouts and one for the office!

Last June I attended a sports medicine conference where I learned about Xero shoes. I decided to take the plunge and since my gait is better, my legs are more muscular and more importantly by occasional back spasms disappeared. Highly recommend!!
