‘The club not interested’ in supporting something that adds to the ground and our greatest ever manager. Latest new low from the ‘custodians’
The Tranmere Trust is trying to raise funds to restore the Johnny King statue. The cheapest quote was over £8K and not long left before the crowdfunding finishes. Donations are more than welcome. The club not interested so all through donations. 🙏crowdfunder.co.uk/p/bring-th…

We met the dead sound Kyle, AKA @PaddedSeat, at Marine the other week and he promised to send Nev a padded seat 🙌
Some mad bastard robbed my towel from the changies at Europa! I've always stuck it on top of the lockers for quick access after swimming to the limited number of showers. I could accept if someone realised they'd forgot theirs and thought 'ah well' yoink! but then you'd lash it..
Middle-aged fellas arguing on twitter about whose boring football team is bigger with all the wit of an 8-year-old's YouTube channel need to keep our name out of their mouths, the fucking losers

25 years ago tonight, a Friday night mauling at Prenton Park.
It would ultimately bring to an end the almost twelve year reign of manager Brian Flynn.
After 718 games in charge, he would leave the club by mutual consent just three days later, and we would be relegated at the end of the season.
Flynnie is still very fondly remembered by most for taking over at a very difficult time, blooding young exciting players, masterminding the historic win over Arsenal and of course guiding the club to its first promotion for 15 years in 1993.
Our longest serving manager ever, with a total games in charge figure that may never be eclipsed.
Hajduk in Europe for the first time in 16 years! 🎉🥳🍾
Europska jesen čeka @hajduk, Splićani su nakon produžetaka svladali Rakow u gostima 3:2 te osigurali svoje mjesto u @Conf_League - čestitamo! 👏

Still rattles me that Hajduk sacked him after bringing them their first 2nd place finish in a decade and first cup win for 9 years ffs. They're a bigger clown fest than Tranmere #HZV
🚨 WHAT A STORY! 😍🇱🇹
Sabah FC have reached the Champions League for the FIRST TIME in their history — but the story of the man who took them there is incredible. 🇦🇿👏
Back in 2000, Valdas Dambrauskas was a student with ZERO experience as a professional footballer when he appeared on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”
He won enough money to travel to England and invest it in his dream: becoming a football coach.
He completed coaching courses and gained experience around Manchester United, Fulham and Brentford before taking charge of ninth-tier Kingsbury London Tigers in 2007, where he achieved some of the best results in the club’s history.
From there, he worked his way through the Baltic leagues, building his reputation step by step.
Fast forward to 2026...
🏆 Azerbaijani league champion.
🏆 Azerbaijani Cup winner.
🔥 Finished ahead of powerhouse Qarabag.
⭐ Guided Sabah into the Champions League league phase for the FIRST TIME EVER.
From using game-show winnings to fund his coaching education... To managing in the Champions League.
Football really is the beautiful game. ❤️👏
