Brazil is a preview of what happens when the lawfare machine is allowed to run to its logical conclusion, which is de facto one party rule, all while preserving the illusion of democracy. For years, there has been relentless lawfare in Brazil, especially against the Bolsonaro family, along with an assassination attempt and massive manipulation of and by the courts. The point was always to take conservatives off the playing field and establish a permanent grip on power. That is the endgame of lawfare, and it is happening in America as well. It’s just that many people still don’t see it or where it all leads. Lawfare is no more about the Bolsonaros than it is about Trump. It’s about one party rule.
Flavio Bolsonaro's passport was cancelled and he was forced to flee the country by Lula, Alexandre De Moraes, and the insane Brazilian regime. His brother Eduardo has an arrest warrant out for lobbying the US. His father, Jair Bolsonaro is serving 27 years. Victims of political persecution, all of them. It's time for the Brazilian left to face the full force of American diplomatic and economic sanctions until they stop acting like a banana republic. The Trump administration lifted Magnitsky Act sanctions on de Moraes, his wife, and his holding company last December. They should be immediately reimposed. Further, visa bans should be imposed on every government official who has touched the Bolsonaro investigations - and their families too. Finally, Section 301 tariffs on Brazilian goods should be quadrupled. The Brazilian regime should look carefully at what has happened to Venezuela and Cuba, and remember that this hemisphere belongs to the United States of America.

I challenge anyone to find a state that is more NGO heavy than Utah Envision Utah Better Boundaries. Mormon Women for Ethical Government Equality Utah Dignity index Many more Recently our Lt. Governor has been doing the full press circuit setting up a Utah vs. Trump admin narrative. Setting the stage for framing the federal government as illegitimate. The great irony here is that it's our Governor and Lt. Governor who were illegitimately elected.
"Everyone" is fixated on Brazil because for a century, the same cabal of NGOs have been running regime change operations all over the world in the name of "democracy." And they're now targeting the United States. Buy book: amazon.com/Unelected-Jennica…

Tesla just registered more cars with no steering wheel than cars with one. 544 Cybercabs vs 507 Model Ys in Texas. The steering wheel is becoming the optional extra.

This collapse is happening in Portland, Seattle, and other cities. These places haven't recovered from the COVID era, which gave us lockdowns, the George Floyd riots, and the de facto legalization of drug-and-crime-generating homeless encampments. A policy disaster.
Portland’s Royal Sonesta: bought for $108.3M in 2016. Now reportedly sold for $6.83M for 220 rooms—just $31,000 per key. A staggering 93.7% price collapse. This is what happens when government fails at public safety, downtown disorder spirals, Measure 110’s consequences go unaddressed, and Multnomah County’s mental-health system fails people in crisis. Tourism doesn’t thrive where visitors feel unsafe and downtown businesses struggle to survive. Portland didn’t get here by accident. Policy choices have consequences—and taxpayers, workers, businesses, and property owners are paying the price. @mitch4portland @pnwpolicyangel @TeacherTiff4PDX @kanalforpdx @MayorKWilson

For those who decided to invent some bizarre new authoritarian law-and-order rule today to justify Moraes' ban on Bolsonaro leaving the country -- that if you're under investigation (without even being charged), it's normal to have your passport seized -- please note: Lula's son is engulfed in several major financial scandals and investigations relating to lobbyist corruption. His passport has never been seized or cancelled. In fact, he left Brazil to go live in extreme luxury in Spain (in the same neighborhood where several of the world's highest-paid soccer players live), where nobody can explain the source of what appears to be his great wealth. Countless rich and powerful people in Brazil, including Lula's allies, are under investigation yet freely leave the country when they want: jetting off to Dubai, France, wherever. Truly bizarre how some on the left start fabricating extremist police powers when it suits them.
Brazilian authorities and media are trying to find out where Flavio Bolsonaro is. Brazil's notorious authoritarian Judge Alexandre de Moraes -- before the votes were counted -- already had an order prepared to seize Bolsonaro's passports and bar him from leaving the country even though **he's been charged with no crime** (there are various pending financial investigations). Moraes signed the order barring Bolsonaro from leaving Brazil SEVEN MINUTES after Lula was declared the winner on Sunday night. A media outlet in Argentina this morning reported that Bolsonaro entered Argentina to fly to the US. His friends and allies deny this, but Flavio could easily just appear in Brazil or even by video and has not done so. Argentina is being sketchy, evasive and somewhat uncooperative with Brazil's federal police (Lula and Milei are obviously not allies). Whatever else is true, it is not exactly a sign of a healthy, normal or functioning democracy when the candidate who narrowly loses a presidential race -- and concedes defeat -- is suddenly barred from leaving the country by a Supreme Court Judge now globally notorious for censoring, imprisoning and otherwise persecuting his critics and opponents of Lula's government. It is also worth noting that Bolsonaro's party dominates the Senate, having run on a vow to impeach Moraes, and this is seen by many as a kind of leverage/hostage ploy by Moraes to cling to power.

The car with no steering wheel now outnumbers the Model Y in Tesla's Texas Robotaxi fleet. 544 to 507. Most people still think this is a someday thing. It's a registration count. xitter.cf/sawyermerritt/status/2…
The Cybercab has officially surpassed the Model Y in total robotaxi registrations in Texas. Vehicles registered for Tesla’s Robotaxi fleet in Texas: • Cybercab: 544 • Model Y: 507 Total: 1,051

If, by the way, the same situation that just happened in Brazil had happened but with the parties switched -- if Bolsonaro had won last night's election and then a pro-Bolsonaro judge sent the Federal Police to seize Lula's passport and bar him from leaving the country -- every major western media outlet and liberal NGOs would be screaming about the authoritarian attack on Brazil's elections and the destruction of basic freedoms.
One day after Lula was declared the winner of Brazil's elections, his opponent -- Sen. Flavio Bolsonaro -- just had had his passport seized by the Federal Police. Theose police were sent by notorious tyrant Judge Alexandre de Moraes. What a lovely democratic image.

Rules for running a team of AI bots: 1. One bot, one job 2. Give it the boring stuff first 3. Make it read the fine print 4. It drafts, you decide 5. If you're doing it twice, it should be a bot What am I missing?

My Grok Bot travel agent saved me about $400 on one Delta trip for two. Here's what it actually does 🧵

Biggest lesson: one bot with one job beats one AI doing everything. My travel bot only does travel, and it's really good at it.
21
And it tracks expenses. Business flights and hotels go straight into my expense sheet the moment I book. Month end is no longer a receipt hunt.
20
It double-checks everything, like cancellation deadlines and overnights that are too tight. It reads the fine print so I don't have to.
23
It handles every itinerary. Each confirmation email gets turned into one clean plan with confirmation numbers and times, and tight connections get flagged.
20
It tracks airline credits too. A $742 Delta eCredit got applied to the trip, and it kept tabs on the $103 left over and when it expires. Most people just lose those.
26
It watched our fares after booking. Twice it found a cheaper price on the same flights and pinged me, and I repriced both times. Airlines won't tell you when your fare drops. Your bot will.
26
It shops for me. I tell it where and when I want to go, and it compares fares and flight options across airlines and even nearby destinations, then hands me the best few. No more 20 open tabs.
