So finally I am able to put up an overview of P&l and some KPI for the period FY 2019/20-2024/25 exclusively based on the actual published accounts for FC BAYERN GROUP, AG and ALLIANZ ARENA.
Other detailed figures were sourced from official publications from UEFA, FIFA and DFL.
Projections for FY 2025/26 are based on published figures, public statements and comments from club sources and best effort estimates.
broadcasting will be overall lower, although income from CL and Pokal competitions increased, income from DFL expected to be significant lower and obviously income from CWC was completely accounted for in 24/25).
Commercial income should increase based on reports about renewed and new sponsorship deals, as well as continued excellent merchandising activities.
Transfer income and profit calculations are based on reports from reliable sources and best effort estimates (salaries).
After careful examination and consideration it seems reasonable to assume that squad cost (wages and amortisation) were slightly reduced in 25/26. Agent fees expected to be unchanged.
Transfer net debt reversed into a slight surplus and expected to stay again in balance for the foreseeable future.
Transfer net spending also reversed into a small surplus, after some years of heavy over spending.
Transfer net profit remains stable, and continues to be necessary to cover the structural deficit in EBIT.
Cash position should recover and is projected to increase to abt €200 Mio again.
So overall FC Bayern remains profitable, for over 30y, and thus continues to increase its Equity without and capital requirements from third party investors.
Outlook for 26/27 to follow in this thread.
Fantastic piece

Harry Kane scored 73 goals for club and country and was named the best player in the world at last night's Ballon d'Or ceremony.
But not only is he a heavyweight goalscorer, he is also the creative, physical and emotional heart of a Bayern Munich side that won a domestic double and will again contend to become European champions. In the summer he led England to the World Cup semi-finals, too.
The England captain and Ballon d’Or winner analysed clips with @SebSB to show The Athletic what football looks like through his eyes...

Very true
In a culture where narcissism reigns, Harry Kane’s Ballon d’Or triumph reaffirms the qualities of humility, understatement and decency. What a tonic. Comment telegraph.co.uk/football/202…
He did, even FT recognise it

Well done and fully deserved
Where do I begin? That was an evening I'll never forget.
It’s an incredible honour to receive the Ballon d’Or award after a year full of goals, trophies and special milestones. Thank you to all the staff and my teammates at @england and @fcbayern, as well as family, friends and everyone who’s supported me – this wouldn’t be possible without you all.
Thank you to everyone who has sent a kind message, social media post - I appreciate every single one of them.
This will live long in the memory. 🙌🏆❤️
Unbelievable

Contexto importante: Mao Zedong fue efectivamente un dictador.

It was always important to the club, but not in a way as Real or Barca projected it (because of Ronaldo and Messi).
Without the two overly lobbying and exaggerated aspirations are back firing.
Having said that still think Bayern could have done more in 2020 / Lewandowski case.
Kasper is a great excellent marketing executive though- acting pro actively with high energy
That’s it
„he embodies something that is becoming increasingly rare in sports and in our society: being a true role model. “
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge: "Harry Kane is an absolutely deserving Ballon d'Or winner. Not only because he's had an outstanding season, but also because he embodies something that is becoming increasingly rare in sports and in our society: being a true role model. This award is also a major success for FC Bayern: Harry has proven that, even in today’s game, the road to the Ballon d'Or can still go through FC Bayern and the Bundesliga." [@_kochmaximilian]
Great idea
73 balls. London. One golden moment.
We drove the balls representing Harry Kane’s goals for club and country to London, gifting them to former teammates, people from his hometown, and the places that shaped his journey – from the streets where he grew up to his former clubs, as well as the heart of London City.
All leading up to one golden moment last night.
Harry, we’re incredibly proud of you. Here’s to everything we’ve achieved together – and everything still to come. ❤️🤍
The head of the UK IFR is a very competent guy.
- fit and proper owners
- financial debt
- transfer debt
- liquidity
- agent fees
- player wages
All this is and will be addressed and will cool the madness in the market.
